On 4/12/2024 I called to place a catering order to pick up on 4/15/2024. It was a fairly large order so I wanted to make sure they had enough time to make it all. I told them I would be arriving at 6:45am on 4/15/2024 to get my order. Once I arrived on that Monday and told the cashier I had a catering order everyone said they didn't have a catering order. After a minute or so of running around they did find my catering order on the bulletin board that you can see clear as day. They apologized and said Kayla didn't tell anyone about my order. Once Kayla walked in and was told all she had to say was "oh". The only reason I am giving a second star is for the lady up front (I wish I would have gotten her name). She immediately apologized and started working on my order without any help, the other employees were just aimlessly walking around doing nothing (including Kayla who forgot to mention my catering order to anyone). I would have no issue with them forgetting my order if they would have tried to help her or offer any apology. They made it seem like I was the inconvenience to them for them forgetting my order. The lady who helped me deserves a raise, promotion and all the nice things in life. I know it was early in the morning and the other employees could just be tired, but so was I. I was in charge of catering for an office party which I was made late to because they failed to do their jobs.

The cashier who took my order was incompetent. She did not understand the menu. We went back and forth a few times, but I eventually gave up. And she overcharged me $3.00. Very frustrating!! Food was really good though!

Best darn Biscuit sandwiches around, The place is always clean and even at the end of the day they are still helpful and happy to serve you. The biscuits are top notch and they even have biscuits for the dog. The dog loved her biscuits. Highly recommend the biscuts over the english muffins, I mean it is Biscuitville and not muffin ville :)

the food wasn’t good. there was hair in jelly.i asked for a biscuit with no egg they left the egg in it and it wasn’t good. should have replacements for egg
