Recently had a upsetting experience at my local cracker barrel. Ordered impossible sausage from the menu,after paying for the order I was informed that they didn't have impossible sausage, so they just put regular sausage on the plate. Unexceptable......I ordered impossible sausage for a reason. What if I had an allergy. Then I had to wait for the manager to get the situation corrected ?. I have always enjoyed the food from this restaurant...but I really was made to feel like I was bothering them for not just taking the regular sausage ?. I plan on talking to management again about advertising something they don't offer.

Went on march 16th. To begin waitress was inattentive to our table after bringing food out. When we were able to get her attention at the end of our meal, my mother in law asked for a Togo water. The waitress comes back with a small Togo cup without a lid full of water and starts pouring it into her glass (that still makes no sense), as she was pouring it in she drops it and it spills all over my mother in law and inside her purse. The waitress picked up the pile of napkins on the table, and throws them into the puddle on the table and left without saying anything. We tried our best to dry her off as best we could and get up any water. My mother in law said she is going to pay while we finish boxing up our leftovers. As she was leaving the table she actually walked past our waitress who was coming back to our table, the waitress didn’t say anything or even make eye contact to my mother in law. She came to the table and sat down a Togo cup of water with a lid on it and left. When my mother in law was paying she told the cashier what happened, the cashier looked at our receipt and said “oh I see who your waitress was that makes sense” and acted as if it’s just another daily thing, ALSO NO APOLOGY ON HER BEHALF only said “oh you poor thing”. We paid full price and left very upset and wet. Second bad experience we’ve had here but this was just Awful. Never going back.

Me and my fiancé ate here for the first time and they are awesome.
If I could give a ZERO I would. Our food came out and it was cold. The pinto beans were like paste. Dumplings had something clabbered in them. Asked for manager and lady came out and said he couldn’t come out because he was cooking chicken. I can’t believe they actually served this food to a customer. A hungry dog would have turned his nose up. Absolutely horrible representation for a Cracker Barrel.
I tried something new this visit. The Bacon n egg hashbrown casserole! Try it. You will not be disappointed! Good size serving and fresh tomatoes and onions on it!

Good service...food has been cold last 3 times I've been there. Menu has gotten smaller and smaller. Only saving grace this last time was the potato casserole tots! Would highly recommend them.
