I ordered two medium pizzas, an order of bread sticks, and a 2 liter for New Years Eve on December 30. I said in the app for it to be ready by 7. I get there at 7 and they claim I said 7:30 even though I showed them on my order details it says 7. They were very nice about it, just very unorganized.

Pizza was not fresh, but dried out, cold, and stale .....it was extremely overcooked, lacking any aroma or taste (unless you consider cardboard a flavor). Needless to say, it wasn't even edible, as the crust edges were burnt, black, and hard as a brick.

Pizza took 45 mins instead of 20 mins and then I finally get pizza and it’s cold!Couldn't even eat them Been awhile since we’ve eaten at this dominos and thought we would try it again from bad experiences last time but isn’t any better so sad really love the pizza.

Everything was great! My only complaint would be to have an alert when there is a car at the window. If they have one then acknowledging the customer is there would be nice I don't want to have to honk or knock on the window because that seems rude but a 10 min wait for a mobile order that was labeled done was inconvenient.

I didn't order no pizza or anything but there drivers need to be more careful I was coming down Rockford street getting ready to pass Domino's one there drivers pulled out in front of me I about hit them they need to watch what they doing and be more safer

At first they said they wouldn’t deliver to our house which was right on 89, which was weird because the would deliver next door. But once we got it directed out it’s become the Only pizza place my husband and I can agree on to get any pasta, sandwiches, or pizza now. So thank you for changing your kinda about delivery- because the arguments could get silly about the which pizza is better where!! You’ve saved my marriage!!! ???

There’s always an issue when you walk in. Either they only take online orders or they’ll lock the front and tell you “only drive through works” and won’t come to the drive thru window after waiting …
