Just fed party of 4. Within 30 minutes all of us were on the toilet. Shame because the food was great but old oil, dirty utensils, bacteria of some sort because 4 people simultaneously got bubble guts. Won't eat there again

BEST FOOD IN MOUNT AIRY NC, I’ve tried about everything on the menu, ITS ALL GOOD! Blackened burger is a favorite of mine! I love going somewhere where I can get full, but still have a ton of food left over, they feed you good! Thanks jacks for the delicious, and tasty food! Keep on with the good work!

They were better when they were in a food truck. they moved in a building and started growing and added too many items. their few items were the best in town then they added 200 different items to the menu and now it all is sub par. focus shifted from the food to growing their business and quality shifted. hope you guys eventually get it back together. But I'll eat at home

I had a grilled chicken sandwich and fries and my husband had the classic cheeseburger with fries. The food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. I also bought me a bottle of Jacks House Dressing, and I cannot stress how good this taste on salads, fries, chicken tenders, etc...Highly recommend.
Jack’s food shack is amazing! I highly recommend! If you are in or around Mt. Airy, you’ve got to check it out! Great food, great customer service! I give them a 10 out of 10!
