The service here was top tier! I will always give recognition when it’s earned and this location does not disappoint. The workers were so nice and accommodating. The place was so clean and the food came out fast and fresh! If you’re in the area you must stop, and ask for Sunshine!

Great food ! But heres the problem I see at this location. Lots of teens work there, which is understandable , but they are not very fast they are SLOW ! as the winston salem location is. The employees don't listen, or dont care and you can tell. As of this day they dont really get my order correct either red wine vinegar is missing or pickles, etc something is always missing. It was messy the other day when I went inside. One guy only put turkey when I put everything online all the way. Makes me wonder if they are not fully trainned or they dont care. Keep in mind lots of us have small business too and we all try to improve everyday, so again its understandable , I love jersey mike food but this location still needs work work and work. Training is not quite there.

My favorite subs of all time. My only issue is the time it takes for my order to be ready from the app. The app will tell you 15 minutes. It will be at least 30. If it’s busy, maybe more. Ordering a hot sub compounds the issue. Tonight, it took 50 minutes. Staff were super nice about it and offered me a free drink for my wait. Not their fault that only 3 people working and huge volume of customers waiting. They ARE the best subs.
