Went inside to dine in. Stood at check in desk for at least 10 min and were never waited on. Never even acknowledged. There were only 2 customers in the dining area. The phone was ringing very loud in the dining area and was not being answered. Tables were dirty piled up with dirty dishes. We left figuring this would not be a good dining experience.

On February 13th 2024, at 8:00 PM my boyfriend and I went to Pizza Hut in Mt Airy NC to dine in. We were told to sit at a booth. We were the only diners. The waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We gave her our drink order. She brought them to us. Then she went about putting chairs on tables and partially cleaned a table. Then she went back to the kitchen area. She never brought us a menu. We were totally ignored. After 10 minutes of waiting we got up and left without drinking our drinks. We will never go back.

Placed order through app. Started trying to call store when order was 20 minutes late. Automated system said delivery had already been made and to stay on line if I needed further assistance. I spoke with someone in a call center who told me that he could not help me since the app was placed through the app, and he would transfer me back to the local store. It rang until the system hung up on me. I tried again and it rang until it put me through to the call center, I explained the problem again, he transferred me, it rang until the system hung up on me again. Driver, not even a Pizza Hut delivery driver, but a Door Dash delivery person (someone else was driving her around and she wasn’t wearing anything that identified her as a Pizza Hut employee), showed up 45 minutes after pizza was due. When it arrived the order was cold. I called her back to the house and asked her how long it had been out of the warmer/insulated bag, she said about 5 minutes out of the warmer as that’s when they handed it to her, which was quite obviously untrue, since it takes longer than 5 minutes to get to my house from the store. When I tried to pull apart the cheese sticks they had only been cut halfway through and the same for the cinna-stix. No marinara for the cheese sticks.The last order I made arrived on time and warm, but all the toppings from one side of the pizza had slid to the middle, leaving bare crust on that side.

Pepperoni pizza tasted like card board. The cheese bread was good. The chicken was... There were people doing coke in the bathroom when I tried to take my kids in there. The server rarely came around. The only reason we got refills is because the fabulous driver Erin came by and saw us and refilled our cups.

I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat pizza, the waitress got our order wrong several times and it took about 45 minutes to get our food and only gave us 1 refill on the drinks we ordered, and the kitchen staff cooked and handled the food without any gloves on. And the men’s restroom had no paper towels and it was very filthy. There are no prices on the menu so you don’t know how much your going to pay for it until you get the check.

Never had to complain of anything at Pizza Hut there food is great,the best thing of pizza hut is the salad bar,now once in a while you might catch the best tasting pasta ever has been made,and it's the bacon, ranch, pasta,by the manager and his secret ingredients that makes you go back for more....I wish it was on the salad bar all the time,I don't know who eats more of it,me are my 3 year old granddaughter but it's the bomb,so when you visit pizza hut in Mount Airy and it's on the bar make sure you give it a try,don't pass it up if you do, you're missing out..

This place was full of people inside when I went inside, and no one in there cooking has gloves on. I watched a man take his dip out of his mouth and then watched him immediately touch pizza dough.

Spent $30 on dinner box deal, came with pizza, cheese sticks, and wings, pizza was HALF cooked, barely cut, and DISGUSTING, wings were undercooked as well, thrown together very quickly, cheese sticks were barely cut as well, and everyone always wonders why dominoes and papa johns have more customers 24/7. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. Fr.

ABSOLUTE INCONSIDERATE BUNCH OF WORKERS!! Stood at the stand awaiting to be seated... having a rare spinal cord injury after waiting 5 minutes.. i had to sit down! We sat for another 5 minutes.. all workers bullshitting at the counter. I went up and asked for a menu. The manager gave me a dirty look. At the table my family waited another 5 minutes to atleast get our drinks but the whole crew still at counter bullshitting.. getting themselves a drink!! We finally left! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSNIESS.. NEVER GOING BACK
