If I could give service less I would. We pulled off the highway for a quick bite and didn’t get all of our food for an hour. Had I not paid for half of it I would have left.

Always friendly, great service. They were training a new employee and they were honest about it and were very polite. If you've had bad service I suggest you try it again these young girls do a great job.

So we ordered in advance to get our order a little quicker and discovered something about this particular Subway. If you order in advance you are clearly PUT AT THE BACK OF THE LINE. Easily five people came in and got their orders ahead of us. Staff was utterly clueless as to customer satisfaction. Would not recommend Subway in Mt Airy under ANY conditions! Horrible service!

This place was awesome. They were training somebody new and helped her with each one of my sandwiches. We were traveling out of town and I was very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend it to all who go by this subwau.

I was the only car in the drive-through and there was maybe one customer inside. I waited several minutes for anyone to take my order. I repeated my order twice (as requested) Another wait at the window to pay -- waited so long I was wondering if there was a problem inside. Finally, a young girl came to window and said that'll be 27.00 with the slow blink like, don't even complain about the wait. OK, checked the food and it was loosely and poorly wrapped so I took them out and rewrapped them snuggly for the drive home. The worst part was the Philly steak and cheese protein bowl I ordered. It looked nothing like the photo. It was a pile of cold, shaved steak with 3 triangles of cheese and that was it! What a mess. These people need training in more areas than one. Hopefully this is a one-off but I won't be going there again.

The kids running the store on Good Friday were clearly either undertrained or simply didn't care. I asked the young lady behind the counter what came on a particular sandwich and she just shrugged and that was it. No effort to figure it out. Just shrugged.The other fellow was just as out of it.I really think management didn't want to close tonight and set the kids out and let me tell you, they failed.

Unbelievable that I paid nearly TEN BUCKS for this! A super tiny wrap with ONE piece of meat in it! It's super small and I didn't even see the meat until I opened it up! Do not waste your money at this subway! I can't wait until jersey mikes opens, because we won't EVER be coming back here!!!!!

Giving yall 5 stars to even out the Karen's on here giving BS reviews. Never had a bad experience here, probably because I know how to interact with people and understand that the people behind the counter making my food are PEOPLE. Most of the Karen's leaving reviews are mad that the staff won't put up with their rudeness.

Drive thru orders are never complete.If you ask for alot of mayo, you get very little. Same as lettuce and other veggies.Wish it was as good as Chik-fil-A.
