Everything at SweetFrog is wonderful. The service is great and the sweets are as usual. The issue I have is ownership/management. Ever since ownership changed they do not have enough help to manage the store as they need to. If a big rush comes in there is no way that one person can handle all the duties that need to be accomplished. The owner absolutely needs to fix the staffing issues. Bring on more staff..
I go there on Weds when I can, to get their all u can fit in the cup for the price of the cup. $4, $6, or $8. Sm, Med, or Lg. Well this particular Weds there was 3 girls in there. One at register, one sitting on a table or counter on her cell phone behind the counter and the 3rd one was sitting on the other table behind on the counter. All about the same age 16-18 maybe.
