Today on 3/18/24 I got off work and ordered 2 pizzas and a crazy bread for my fam, I ordered online 20 minutes earlier but still spent an hour from 5:18 to 6:20 waiting at this store for my pizza, and when I got home I realized that one of the pizzas was missing a topping I paid for, and the pizza was undercooked, had to throw it in the oven for a while. What really set me off though was when I tried to call customer service to talk to someone, they had an attitude from the start and ended up hanging up on me because they couldn’t hear me that well with my ear buds in, so they hung up while I was switching from the ear buds. Just over all an infuriating experience and I can’t believe a company could have such terrible customer service. It was me and a few other customers in there angry at the same time, they really should have done something other than say sorry for the wait when it was over 40 minutes past pickup time, I was very irritated. I only have a few hours in an evening after work to hang out with my family, and an hour was wasted standing in a LITTLE CAESARS.

Ordered Crazy Bread received cold cheesy bread. Generally this is a decent place to get good pizza and great (the best breadsticks) but not sure what has happened the last 2 times I have ordered from them. This last time I ordered it was close to closing so I let them slide with having no cheesy bread and in return they offered me 2 extra wing orders and a regular crazy bread for free. I will give them another try to get it right on my order. I do also pick up orders and deliver them for doordash but always have to wait or code doesn't work for pizza warmer pickup oven. Which is very inconvenient because always have to wait to ask an employee which inconveniences the employees as well. This is suppose to be a fast and ready food chain sometimes there is nothing fast or ready!!!!!
If you enjoy pizza that's been picked on by employees after licking their fingers, this is the place. If you try to bring it to the staffs attention they will laugh in your face.

Ordered pizza online at 6:10 and was told it would be here at 6:58 or 7:03 PM and didn’t arrive until 7:27 PM and was cold tried to call them and no answer . Totally unacceptable service.

Terrible I wish I could give less than one star told my order wasn't ready 20 minutes after the estimated time to be ready to be picked up turns out it was waiting on the counter behind the register the whole time so I was there for an hour. When I asked the employee if that was my order behind the counter I was told no and then after another 10 minutes they're like oh yeah it is actually yours. Very uncaring staff and unprofessional

Terrible. Takes forever to get your food. If you get delivery it will take hours and the pizza will arrive cold. Order was not correct either.
