“First thing, get this straight. Kurbside Kitchen (Kurbside Bar & Grill) in Murfreesboro, NC actually WAS Walter's Grill since 1944 until just last year.Walter, born the year that the Titanic sank, ran the grill, until he was robbed and shot there in 1975. His wife Janet, carried on the restaurant until it was sold to Billy Theodorakos. Recently Chris Owens bought the restaurant changing the name. Now to the food.For the traditionalists, there is the original side of the restaurant with the old counter and booths where oodles of great hot dogs and burgers were served. Then there's the newer side, almost a sports bar.Twice in eight days we stopped to eat there, and the food was excellent both times. The service was great the first time, but our orders came out piecemeal on the latter visit.But the food! First stop we had the seafood special, flounder and shrimp. Linda had the same the next time but I opted for the Mahi bang bang tacos! Just wow!So Kurbside is savoring the past and sumptuously serving the present. It's worth the stop!”

“The food came out fresh and in a reasonable time.. my server was really nice and attentive, great job to her! My only gripe is that they don’t accept cards. There is a sign at the register when you get ready to pay but nowhere else. They do have a atm on site and of course you’ll have to pay a $2.50 fee to use it. So don’t forget your cash or check… who still uses checks?! I’ll be back again.. nice visit overall.”

“They are inside of Camp Clearwater at the pavilion. The pizza is off the hook here! No to mention the boneless and bone in wings!! They'll fix it EXACTLY like you ask! It's the BEST PLACE for pizza and wings at White Lake! Run , don't wait, and GO!!”

“Food was out of this world. I've always thought that because we have two Chinese food restaurants in this town that one would be better than the other. Tonight I ordered egg drop soup and general tso chicken... It was ridiculously good. Everything about the meal was second to none... The broccoli was bright green, The chicken chunks were white meat and large and the sauce was flavorful. They steam their rice in chicken broth so it comes out yellow and it was absolutely delicious!!!!!! The egg drop soup was so flavorful and so good, Perfect for a cold night!!! I was beyond impressed and I will order from here many more times...”

“Obviously I'm completely biased, but I'll say exactly what I tell everybody: first time I ordered, I picked up a spicy chicken tender, a six piece dunker, and a three piece shrimp. The chicken was great, which wasn't surprising. We'd all taste tested a *lot* of food before Champ's was chosen as the franchise partner for this location.”

“Wow, what’s nice atmosphere and menu. My wife and I stopped in after running errands and had a great meal. I had the stuffed flounder, I think it was the best I’ve ever had and the prime rib looked delicious! Definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu!! The service was excellent as well!!”

“I don’t often leave a good review - especially for a McDonald’s but this location is by far the best one I have ever been to. I have only been to this one a handful of times but the food is always done correctly and extremely fresh and the staff is super friendly and bubbly. Keep it up, guys! Cooperate needs to study this one and incorporate their style & system every where else!”

“Southern home cooking. Lots to choose from. Breakfast and home made cheese biscuits and burgers, shrimp, fish, fried chicken, grilled pork chop, etc. And lots of sides to choose from. Someone is always making a yummy dessert. Great staff. If you're ever in Severn, stop by and grab a bite. You wont be sorry!”

“Excellent establishment with very tasty food, great service, very courteous and prompt. Reasonable competitive prices for buffet and items on the menu. Tried the fried trout fillets, quite delicious and tasty. Only caveat was that two sides were a bit tepid, however, still okay, should have sent them back to be reheated. Busy on both Saturday and Sunday. Worth getting there early for parking and food. The atmosphere was family cozy.”

“I kid you NOT!! Bojangles at this location…where have you been at all my life?? This bojangles was packed like mice for a reason…OMG the biscuit I ate was so freakin’ good!! The food was fresh, hot, and tasted like love made it. Exceptional location!”
