Horrible experience. They have a new app that would not let me order any latte. West 3rd went in fine. Called store. Couldn’t help and refused to take phone order. Way to treat locals. Why you got rid of the joe app is beyond me. I never had an issue with that app but this is the second time your new app has not worked. Very disappointed.
