I asked for our food to be cooked fresh and they delivered. The biscuit was even hot and fresh!!!3 piece supreme meal w/ fries and bbq sauce ?
Biscuits n fries are delicious. Chicken not bad. Every thing is flavorful n terribly oversalted. Have high blood pressure, heart disease, or diabetes just pass. Drive thru is iffy. Often long waits n nonsmiling staff. If I'm really craving this kind of fast food, this is my #1 place, but I try not to. Nothing healthy on the menu. No ala cart ordering. So we often end up with or say no thanks to things we don't want. Not cheap.

It sucked we got our order from the drive thru window. Part of the order was missing. So my wife went in to let them know. After standing in line for over 20 minutes. The lady had a massive attitude. I seriously doubt we'll be back anytime soon.

Food decent. Service consistently poor. Employees more interested in chatting with each other than serving. Very unfriendly............appear to want to be anywhere but there. Management needs to either hire better, train better or supervise better.

Wonderful location! Spot on every time! Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the area and a Bojangles fan. The manager is really nice and gave me a free tea one time at the end of the night because they were about to close and they were gonna throw it all away anyway. Definitely recommend this location they treat you like family and are always patient with you and kind so that is a big plus when it comes to restaurants like these because so many places have issues with employees and customers batting heads so I’m glad they employees are kind and understanding. Thank you guys again for the consistent great service! You guys are some of the best I’ve seen in all the Bojangles I’ve been to.
I call a made to order for a 12 piece all dark chicken. They said would take about 30 minutes to cook. I picked it up right at 30 minutes. Got home and the chicken was warm not hot nor fresh like they promised me. I have ordered this way for awhile so I know what fresh hot chicken looks like. Wasted 30 dollars on old chicken. I called back and while waiting on the manager, they hung up. COME ON BOJANGLES DO BETTER.

Decided to go there for my morning coffee at around 6:05am (because the station opens at 6) doors were still locked and there was a woman inside. I decided to wait a while because I could tell she was in a rush. I waited and wait and finally left around 6:17am to get coffee from another station.
