Only one car if front of me.When finally getting to the pickup window, was not greeted, no hello, actually zero communication at all from the employee. Customer service in general was lacking tonight. What happened to the top-notch service and outstanding customer service? It doesn’t exist at this location.

The fries were old and cold, it was like that the last time we came too. It took 40 mins to receive our order. It shouldn’t take that long just to prepare chicken for our small tailgates order. They probably forgot too since 6 other customers went in, ordered and got theirs before we did. It took a complain to finally receive our order. The staff were nice, but 40 mins is crazy. We’ll start considering eating elsewhere from now on.

No one cares about their job here. Baby German cockroach came out of my supreme box. Make you wait more than ten minutes to answer you at the drive thru when there’s no one in front of you. Not even a “give me one minute” just tear the whole store down.

Waited quite awhile at the counter to even be acknowledged. Then after waiting awhile to order (we weren't allowed to order ahead via the app) & receive our food, we were very disappointed to have to cold BoRounds, cold sausage biscuits, cold & crunchy rice. Also received an incorrect drink, but at least the drinks tasted okay. Waited for quite awhile for new rounds but ended up having to leave. Overall a disappointment, but trying to be understanding because they were so busy.

The food was really good but we had to wait on the chicken to cook for about 13 minutes so we sat inside, could use a lot of upgrading replacing carpet and broken tile floor other than that the customer service was greatDietary restrictions: You could have some zero sugar Fountain drinks

I don’t usually have five star ratings for this bojangles in particular however todays experience certainly changed that. The lady who was working the drive thru window at 7:43 AM on 7/24/2023 was absolutely amazing. Super sweet and this woman knew what she was doin! She is wonderful at multi tasking while also being very sweet. She’s on it! I wanted to give her some recognition!

The absolute slowest Bojangles on the East Coast. The guy with dreadlocks that was working the register had a really great attitude and was trying to be helpful and get things done to help get the customers taken care of. Unfortunately someone who must have been above him was trying to tell him how to do things and the young man with dreadlocks had to correct the other man and he didn't like that so it took him that much longer because he had to explain why he did things this certain way. The guy at the register his props the guy that was in charge of him he needs to learn how to work with other people's strength better.
