Tried the homemade cinnamon roll this morning along with a cup of coffee. The cinnamon roll is a yeast based dough, so a little more dense, but very tasty and the icing was just right. This morning they had challenges with their coffee bean supplier so store bought coffee was served. I'll definitely go back and try the coffee and another cinnamon roll.

I had to visit the 99th licensed Microbrewery in NC. Nothing extraordinary about this one though. They had about 15 taps. Ample seating but little in the way of parking to accommodate their capacity. Big Es Hot Dog truck was good too.

I had a fly in my beer. It didn't land in my beer it came out of the keg into the beer. Absolutely disgusting! The bartender asked if I wanted a replacement. No! I don't want anything coming from your taps! Your brewing company must have questionable safety standards. I can't go back to that place again!

Enjoyed an afternoon at the brewery. A good variety of beers and friendly service. Lots of seating inside and out - loved the hodgepodge of old dining room tables. It was pretty echoey indoors but still easy to have conversations.

The new facility is nice, but the quality of beer definitely doesn't reflect it. Both beers we ordered were quite disgusting. We're big beer people and these were just awful! A beautiful building but the atmosphere is quite boring and the beer is awful.
Super chill spot with the outdoor areas and people. Am definitely looking forward to the indoor brewery they are opening up soon too

It's a nice place to try a local brew. The bartender was friendly and answered our questions about the history of the brewery. Would've given 5 stars if they had more low ABV selections, just a personal thing to allow to try more of their beer. Tasty Pants was a good beer and unique. Well worth stopping in to give them a try. Will go back if we are in this area again.

Brewery 99 has many different types of beer on tap (10?). The atmosphere is so chill & laid back. There’s live music on occasion as well as great food trucks. The bartenders are friendly & fun. It’s my favorite place to be when I’m not at home - like hanging out in my own backyard.

This might be my first review, so this is my go to brewery in New Bern. The owner, Pete, Frey, and his wonderful staff, including Alyssa, Danielle, Duncan, and Emma, all add to the warm and friendly ambience. They have a wide variety of beers to choose from that they brew on site. Lots of IPAs, though my favorite is the Belgian triple Xxx or configurnant. They often have live music, including the mad fiddler last week, and other fun things. They had a really fun ping pong tournament last month.
