My husband and I had lunch here today. The food was good, not great but nothing to really complain about though. The place is always too loud for my liking but I understand it’s a sports bar. The server though!!! Our server was a guy named Braylon and he was the absolute best. You don’t see a lot of good servers these day so his attentiveness, attitude, and knowledge was refreshing. I myself have worked in the food management industry for years and I would have gave him a job on the spot. Give the guy a raise! We tipped him well, and left happy diners. Thank you Braylon!
Ate at this location, did not feel right after, came home and threw up multiple times. Thanks for the food poisoning, will not be returning. Read other reviews to see if I was the only one, sanitation must be an issue.

Had a large order I phoned in ahead picked up order brought home.Order was really messed up phoned in ended up talking to Thomas..he made everything right and received the right food Thomas was pleasant and really helpful!

Chazz is the BEST server, tons of hustle, and super friendly!Food was spectacular, I always get the Thai curry wings.They accommodated for the basketball game we wanted to watch, and atmosphere was perfect!Aerial made bomb drinks, I ordered their spicy passion fruit margarita extra spicy, and turned out AMAZING! Exactly want I was craving!Always a great time here!

My husband and I ate here tonight. All was well until I drank just enough to see something in my glass. A dead bug. I was drinking soda so this was not visible until I was almost finished. Our server came to clear the plates and give us a receipt, and we kindly asked to speak with the manager. She told us she was in a meeting and will be out in a few minutes. We waited and waited. And then we noticed the manager just sitting at the table and then walking around talking to staff. She started to walk toward our table but then turned and went to the bar laughing with staff. She then proceeded to walk away, and by that time it had been over 15 minutes sitting and waiting with this dead bug. I was VERY close to yelling to the whole place that they better check their glasses because they serve people bugs. But instead yelled “Ma’am” and she then came over. My husband proceeded to tell her that we’ve been waiting and watching her do everything but come back over and then showed her the cup. She apologized and said she’d comp us the whole meal which is fine, but I care more about your kitchen being clean and your staff checking the damn glasses before having people choke down BUGS IN THEIR DRINK/FOOD. So fair warning to people going here to check their food and drinks. Obviously will be staying away. Attaching pictures to show just how disgusting this was!!

ordered for delivery. received the wrong wings. also didn't even receive part of my order. i called the store and they wanted to offer me a credit not even worth what i paid for the food. very dissatisfied. won't be returning.

Ordered off uber eats, they forgot all of my extra sauces, chicken was chewy. Not the first time this has happed from this location. I will not be wasting my time or money with this place anymore.
We showed up at lunch time today. There was only one other table so we figured the wait wouldn’t be too bad as we were meeting during lunch break. We were excited to see the $11-13 lunch meals that included drink and fries and the server was very attentive and friendly. However….we waited over 30 minutes for our meal, my son over 35 minutes, even longer for fries. The fries that did come with a few of the meals were cold. I was very polite in expressing my concerns. New fries were brought but manager said that nothing could be done about the check because they were all lunch meals. Disappointed in this BWW, will stick to the Jacksonville location!

The hostess of you can find her is hiding eating. Waitress takes forever to come to your table and the food quality has gone wayyyy down hill over the years. Used to be the chosen place to eat. Now I’d rather mcdonalds over this place.

Never again will I go to this location. I don’t know if it was bad timing because I came with in a hour before they closed. But I had to to ask the hostess for someone to come take my order at the bar, then I decided well maybe since they are closing soon I should just order my food to go and get a drink while I wait. So that’s what I did and when I get home there is a hair rapped around one of my chicken wings and the wings are barely even done and I ordered ten wings and only got nine. I strongly would not recommend this location ever.

The food was pretty good and it didn't take too long to get it to me either. Place seems pretty chill, service is decent as well. My first time going last night and Mir up front definitely knows how to hold it down. He spent most of his time greeting guest/dashers making sure orders were prompt and correct. He also gave everyone accurate eta on wait times ??
