I'm getting disappointed with B.K. because their not giving their 100% to make sure they give their customers get good quality food.I really enjoy coming here but for some reason someone was being extremely lazy with the quality of the food. During the day their always busy but at night during the week the drive thru be dead as hell! Hm! I wonder why? Who ever works during the day should work at night maybe the food would taste better. ?

They seem to always be a little short staffed, but they really don’t let it affect their ability to take care of their customers. Orders are consistently correct, and service is quick.Dietary restrictions: Employees are willing to make changes to standard order to accommodate (no bread, different toppings, etc)Parking: Easy parking with more space to pull in or out even when people are in the drive thru line.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals as most fast food restaurants have.Wheelchair accessibility: First floor stand alone building with handicapped parking and ramps to sidewalk

Clean your milkshake machine. Chances are "it's down" when ever you come here.
I'm only putting 1 star because I have to. Never made it fully inside... there was a very large roach in the vestibule between doors. I turned around immediately, I'm not eating where there's roaches.

Went to the drive thru 30 minutes before they closed and was told all they had to serve were whoppers!! How? Why? They already had the lights inside turned off! I get they were ready to go home, but they had 30 minutes until closing! This isn't the first time I have been there and experienced this!
