I haven’t ordered Domino’s in a long time and this was my first order from one in NC. Typically we go to Mario’s but it was late and was feeling lazy. I used the online coupon for a Brooklyn XL (worth the extra money imo) for a one topping half pepperoni/half chicken with hearty marinara for $9.99. It was delivered fast, hot, and cooked perfectly, even with some garlic butter on the crust. I will definitely order from this location again in the future! Admittedly, I ate the whole pie by myself.

The last several times I have tried to order, the app has switched my order to the James City store who just cancel orders that are out of their radius without notice. I don't understand why a pizza delivery place would not offer pizza delivery.

I don't say this lightly... But best Dominos pizza I've ever had! Delivery was prompt and driver was super polite. Toppings were perfect and pizza was cooked just right. Even called to thank the manager!!!! Kudos to this crew at this location for obviously taking pride in their job.

I ordered a large pizza on line to pick up at 5:15. I arrived at 5:16. Pizza was ready, and had obviously been ready for a while. I order with extra cheese and sauce. The pizza was Luke warm, dry no extra sauce and no extra cheese. I was so disappointed in the size for a large pizza for the price. It tasted like a frozen box pizza. I will never order Dominos pizza again. We have so many good options for pizza in New Bern, what a disappointment. I started to leave it in the store but time wise, I did not have time to go else where for a pizza. The crust literally tasted like a frozen pizza - the whole pizza tasted like a boxed frozen pizza. No more Dominos for me. What a waste of almost. $17.00

Went to redeem a free pizza for the first time and they conveniently had technical issue and the store wouldn’t help me and were very unhelpful as they were not actually listening to me and they were trying to take my order and told me to try online. If we can’t redeem our free pizza’s don’t offer them! ?
