I have never posted a bad review but as a long time customer of the Neuse Blvd location I had a very disappointing experience. . I decided to try the spark energy drink for the advertised price of 3$ only to be charged 4$. When I ask the store manager why, I was RUDELY informed it’s the online price.I said as you can see it does not say online on your window it simply states 3$ for a medium. After the manager told me, I’m not issuing you a refund and “ I’m not going back and forth about a “3 dollar drink have a good day mam” I ask for a district manager contact info and was told no. It’s not about the cost it’s about fair advertisement! The proof is on the window. The way the store manager handled the situation was very unfortunate but I must say the drink was delicious!

This dd needs a new owner. Menu tv screens stopped working inside months ago. Inside is dirty, staff is untrained, out of popular items, this is not up to dd standards.

True review: This has to be one of the absolute worst Dunkin’s I’ve been to. The doughnuts are poorly made; I believe this due to sometimes they cook their doughnuts and sometimes they list leave them out to thaw. I know this due to several former employees that worked there.The employees that work there are not very knowledgeable concerning their menu. Twice I’ve ordered an item and twice it was wrong. When I ask the employee about it I was told “that’s how it comes”. No it doesn’t. I’ve ordered this item multiple times from multiple Dunkin’s. Trust me, it doesn’t.Overall, please go visit the Dunkin’ on Neuse Blvd out even in Taberna. This franchise location is no bueno.

Update 3-1-24: Asked for toasted English muffin, it clearly was just warmed, no crunch at all. Ordered mango Pineapple refresher, was given dragonflies because "they do not have" ......today was not a good dunkin

i cannot review because they did not have the donuts i wanted, they are a drop site for fridge donuts, just warm and serve, car in front of me left empty handed also. with these reviews i will head down to the store on 70 outside james city going towards havelock

Today I went to Dunkin at 12:30 there was about 1 other person in the drive through line, and about 3 customers inside. We ordered 4 strawberry and 4 chocolate donuts and 2 breakfast sandwiches. They gave us a full box of frosted donuts that we didn’t ask for, and only 1 breakfast sandwich. They did not give us a receipt for the order so we couldn’t show them what we asked for. After we brought back the big box and tried to get everything sorted out, all the workers were VERY confused and dazed. The workers did not want to help us get our right order. We got back the wrong donuts again and NO breakfast sandwich. They said becaus we had no RECEIPT they could not help us, but they never gave us one. We had to re-order to get what we wanted in the first place, and ended up paying morethan twice what we would’ve payed if we had gotten the right order. BAD SERVICE‼️‼️‼️

I have been here twice in the last few weeks and won’t be back. The person that took my order today acted like they were bothered by having to take my order. I waited 20 minutes to get the wrong latte (cold instead of hot and tasted so bad I didn’t finish it) and a small wrap. The workers were clearly not interested in waiting on customers and seemed very unorganized. Next time I’ll go to Starbucks.

This is about the one on Glenburnie Road:We came to the shop at about 745pm (they close at 8pm) sign on door to go to the drivethru. We went to the drive thru, waited, and no one came across the speaker. We pulled thru to the window, and 6 or 7 people standing around taking rudly all go "we are closed".Take the sign down and put one "closing early" if need beMy hubby barely got his huge diesel truck into that drive thru but was willing to do so to accommodate me.
