The food wasn't bad, we didn't have to wait for a table but wasn't the best service. I think they are just so short staffed and the wait staff did they best the could with all they had to do.

We had breakfast my husband ordered waffle combo and told no waffles so got french toast combo ordered eggs over medium there was no yolk we shared it. The french was the end piece and was not hot. He order a side of toast that did not come until we were through eating. The couple with us ordered 2 2 2 and pancakes. His order came out nextcwith just egg and bacon waited 5 minutes his pancakes came out reminded he had sausage patty coming. Next she got her pancakes about 10 minutes later reminded about sausage. Finally got sausage but was links instead of patty. Not happy at all

This is the first ihop I've visited and the food was horrible. Our food sat in puddles of grease. Staff seemed like they couldn't be bothered to be working.

Like many restaurants they seemed to be understaffed. Food was cold when it arrived. Waitress was more annoyed than apologetic when I sent it back.

We came in on a Sunday morning and they were busy, but there wasn’t a wait. There seemed to be a lot of staff working, but it took 20 minutes to even be greeted. Then we ordered coffee with cream and didn’t get the cream until we got our food another 45 minutes later. By that time we didn’t really have time to eat bc we needed to get to fellowship. The food was just okay. Service was not good at all. Server was complaining to other customers out loud about other customers seated nearby and about her work in general. I understand frustration and being busy, but it just was really unprofessional. This is about the third time we’ve had this experience with this particular ihop. I don’t think we will be coming back.

I went in tonight at 6pm. It took 15 minutes to be greeted at the door. Then other people who came in after us got helped first. Once greeted, I asked for a table for 5. We were taken to a small 4-top booth. I immediately explained that this wasn’t going to seat 5, and that I had asked for a table not a booth. He looked confused, as he meandered us around the dining room before seating us at a dirty 4-top booth/table. At that point I grabbed a manager who cleaned off a 6-top table. We then waited 45 minutes for our drinks. We had been there an hour and was just getting our drinks. When the food hit the table, we had to ask 3 times for syrup before we finally got it. I looked around at all the other people (full dining room), and having worked 12 years in restaurants myself, I was dumbfounded that no one expected 2 tables in the entire restaurant had anything in regards to food or drinks. 3 other tables got up and left before even being asked for a drink order, and they had been there as long as us. Then at the very end, our server put everything on one ticket, instead of 5 individual tickets as requested at the beginning, and she had us each circle what we ordered on the receipt, so she could then know how slip everything. And I could honestly forgive all of this had she only refilled my sweet tea at least once, even after asking for a refill 3 times!
Go for breakfast meals.
