Ordered my food over the phone and it was made wrong called back and spoke to a person who said they was manager when I called back to get me and my son sandwiches remade I was denied and didn't get a refund food or anything worst experience ever not going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone

Don’t bother getting delivery from this location. Food arrives an hour late with no apology. Store phone number line does not work. I would think with all the negative reviews this location receives they would do better but they simply do not.
I ordered online. Received a phone call 5 minutes later that they didn't have any delivery drivers. So I asked where my money was and the young lady to me I'll get it in 3-5 business days. It didn't take 3-5 business days for you to take my money!The Better Business Bureau is going to enjoy this case.

On the 15th DoorDashed, my child lunch. Jimmy Johns, uses their own drivers to deliver. Because of this, you can’t rate the driver or even know their name. I had left my house to work on somethings, when my husband calls and said “he had to pay the driver, as she told my daughter it wasn’t paid for. Now, I have two driveways. The main one was empty, a tween opens the door and she must have thought no parent was home. I checked my bank account, and the order was indeed paid for. I asked for the description of the driver, called the police to have them meet me there. I arrived before the officer and was asking questions to the “manager on duty” who continued to smirk, at me throughout this incident. Saying “It’s was only $20”…That’s not the point. The driver responsible, returned to the store. Told the officer over and over that the receipt said “unpaid”. I went ahead and FaceTimed, my daughter. Right there on the receipt, stapled to the bag, in huge bold letters, was “PAID”. When the officer showed this to her, she said the manager at the time Ivory, had told her otherwise. As had her children in the vehicle and she gave back the money she stole. The officer let her go, but not before giving me Ivory’s phone number. I called and she was so rude, completely disrespectful, cussed at me and before hanging up on me said, that Chetina would not be terminated over this situation. I called back and did leave a snappy, voicemail. I get home at 11:00pm. As I’m carrying 4 heavy bags from work into my house, I see that I’ve accidentally, purse dialed, the manager at 11:02pm and quickly hang up. Not thinking about it, I’m laying in bed and at 11:20 the owner/operator of this location, Tina Reini also known as Tina Corcoran, is blowing my phone up. To as well, yell at me in a disgusting manner. Then Chetina’s relative Kotonya, wrote a scathing review bringing race into the situation on my business google, saying she was there. The only people in the store were the two employees the officer and I. Absolutely disgusting.

Toddlers were in the food prep area. Last they tried to deliver my sandwich to a wrong location and i refused it cuz my work lunch was almost over said I wanted a refund it was an online order and still waiting ?

Not sure why , but everyone I go to jimmy Johns they forget my order and do everyone's order behind me and then I have to say something, this sucks because then I look like a bitch asking about my order and I only get a small lunch break . Food is good tho and the people that work there are always nice. And I get such a simple sandwich. What's up with that?
