Got the chicken salad sandwich. Pretty skimpy on the chicken salad. Could barely call it a sandwich. Mostly bread and lettuce. The cucumber and tomato salad was all right though.

You walk up to the counter to order, the cashier was very professional and nice. If your dining in they give you a number to place in the holder at your table, they will bring you your food. No table service but they will grab your plates when you leave. I got the spicy Turkey on Cuban with fresh fruit and a pickle spear. It is served hot. The strawberry lemonade is freshly made and very good. Overall atmosphere and experience was excellent.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu, with some kid food favorites like Mac and cheese.

Great food and reasonable prices. Nice staff and clean facility. My daughter’s pbj uncrustable didn’t look too appetizing , was beat up a little and a little frozen . But Everything else we got was great. Next time I’ll just stick to something made in the restaurant for her.
Pick two was wonderful. Savannah chopped salad so fresh tasting and the Memphian so good. Too bad ppl aren't packing the place. It's clean really good portions. $12 meal1 con restroom lock didn't work but facilities are clean. Hidden gem

The sandwich was well made, tasty, and satisfying. In this day and age of post-covid where the supply chain is challenged, there are more jobs than workers, and the new generation has an entitled attitude, customer service and quality in the food industry has been absolutely terrible and not worth the rising prices. However, I did not feel that way during this visit for a bite to eat for lunch. This McAlisters is one of the few places still doing it right.

Monday, November 29 at 4 PM the manager at McAllister's had lied to me about information in regards of a post that I have posted on Facebook and she tried to lie and say that she had proof that it was between me and another coworker about this pose me and manger and I is not friends on Facebook. Therefore, that is harassment And she harass me over and over again as far as about what was the post about when I told her I didn't have nothing to do with McAllister's, but she tried to force it out of me by false allegations and lying on someone else, then on November 30 at 11:30 through 2 PM the manger has been reusing 32 ounce plastic McAllister's cups when I say reusing I mean these are to go cups and she is taking them off of the tables after the customer has drunken from them, rinse them out in sanitary, dry them out, and then try to reuse them She also stated that she was leaving at 3 o'clock to go to Goldsboro to pick up cups and lids but she has not came back here. It is is 553 and she is not here. Also the manger uses the steam water that's not from the faucet but that's inside dirty water of the well, to rehydrate the soups and macaroni and cheese. The manger is very racist if not racist she shows characteristics of someone that is racist. For example, the manger on December 15 came into McAllister's with a pack of stickers they had a picture of black Santa on it. She gave the stickers to a Black employee, which is a male and told him here. These are for your daughter. I never seen a black Santa before, and started laughing as if it was a joke. Nobody in the establishment felt as if it was a joke. Only the manger did, everyone else that is of that culture felt very disrespected. Even the employee that received the stickers felt disrespected and of course he didn't say anything to her because of the fact he did not want to put his job in jeopardy Then there was a different altercation while I was working the front of the counter and taking orders of a group of multicultural girls mostly were black and the manger comes to the front while I'm taking those orders and ask me who is a black woman myself the manger asked me if I know those people like she was signifying these ladies, as if they are their own type of people they are their own when I said back to her no ..... , I don't know these young ladies these are one of your employees friends she got offended when questioning the manager about her being racist she kept on asking do you really think that I'm racist? Do you really think that I'm racist and then she changed her screen on her phone to a picture of her and a black little boy from her church to signify that she's not racist when the day before the screensaver was of her granddaughter and a sunflower outfit. Also, the next day her screen on her phone was changed from her and a little boy to herself. The manger has harassed her employees on multiple different occasions. Manger has left the store unattended on multiple different occasions to go pick up other coworkers and smoke marijuana with other coworkers and they have proof of it in other coworkers phones also, manger starts gossip and drama in the store she has told multiple coworkers business to other coworkers also have told all of her employers that she is having a fair on her husband, who is sick she brings her personal business into the store other than leaving it at the door. She doesn't know how to mind her business to be someone of her age and a manager she acts like a 15 year old child that just wants to be accepted by anybody that she can control in the store. She slams things in the store with customers there she slams the door with enter in the kitchen when she has an attitude ... also, the manger does not have the employers and employees washing the potatoes so the potatoes do not get washed the meat. The sandwiches are served with the dates are not properly change. She just put new labels on top of all meat when they cut up the meat, they put the new meat on top of the

Went in to order dinner for family, terrible weather and have to drive 45 minutes to get home. Ordered kids spud, with fruit salad and supposed to come with cookie....get home no fruit salad, no cookie and 1 ANNOYED little 6 year old..... thanks!!!
