It's McDonald's. What can you say. Fish sandwich was great. The place was clean and I even got smiles from the cashier. This one is good. Some are not.
Red Robin - would be nice if the employees were happy you were there buying a burger and paying their salaries but they could care less. I say thank you and get a grunt in return, if even that. There's a couple of employees that seem like they are trying, but they are overshadowed by the rest that act like they wish you weren't there.Neuse (by hospital) - they can't wait to tell you go to #1 drive through spot so they can make you wait forever for your food. Or they don't bring it out at all and you have to go in and get it. When they do have food ready, it's not so bad.Neuse (by Glenburnie) - don't go that direction often, but the few times I was there it was ok.It would just be nice if the employees were trained to welcome you and thank you for spending your money there instead of being rude.

After waiting for 10 minutes I finally got my 4 burgers, that 2 were ordered with just ketchup. All 4 were regular and still waited for 3-4 minutes and they finally asked me what I was wanting on said my tea and they made my order wrong. Had me pull up and wait for the ketchup only one's. So I went in about 15 minutes to check on my order and then found out that they weren't even aware of the problem with the order. I proceeded to wait for at least another 10 minutes inside for the correct items. This is far from unusual for this location but it definitely was the worst service ever! And to top it off, the remakes were cheeseburgers not mcdoubles.

Well had to give 1 all the way. Go here a little after 5 every morning sign says open at 5am. Pull up 5:10am speaker greats me but wait and wait no one responds to take order after 5-10 minutes waiting. If they do answer its will be open in 15 minutes. Why not change your operation sign to 6pm and not have people assume your open and lights on outside. And look at the question they asked below the 1st one. I'm in DT is that a option no, it's dine in, take out or delivery. I just wonder if they even see these reviews and if so who is in charge of the questions. So I guess this explains the service issues not just by me but others who have posted there experience.

Came to this location to pick up a DoorDash and a male worker told me “move I’m not in the mood” when I was literally not in the way and just walked in. I actually do work at McDonald’s in the morning at a different location and I personally think it was rude and would never slide at the location I work at. If he said excuse me or anything I would have had no issue, I don’t ever leave reviews either but it was insanely rude.
We are falling behind! No one wants to work! Customer service is terrible. The lack of planning made it for a 15 minute wait for the food!! No one greets you, no one talks to you! Good Morning. How's your day. Thank you! Have a nice day. Yes, it still is a thing!

Parking lot, needs help , too many little holes , food was okay, customer service friendly. , building was newer , better looking than two years ago. , The fries were hot, and I think their drive through is too long of wait all the time.
