Extremely slow service. People that came after us got served before us. Waited 25 minutes for food! When brought to their attention, the staff didn't apologize and didn't really care. Portions are now way smaller than Smithfields and they charge at 4% surcharge for credit card use.I was warned that I would be disappointed. Warning correct. Won't return. Smithfields only when in New Bern.

5th time going through drive -thru and ordered baked chicken and told it would be a 30 minute wait. Stop advertising food that you can't serve in a timely manner!!!!!! Never had this problem with Smithfield's.

You workers need to speak up we told girl behind counter we count hear her cause we both have trouble hearing so she yelled at us when we told her she didn't need to yell just speak up she yelled what this isn't loud enough so please speak with your employees about dealing with hard of hearing

Tried Moore's tonight. When I say it was bad, I mean I took 1 bite of cold mashed potatoes...1 bite of cold green beans...1 bite of cold pulled pork that tasted like it had been soaking in alcohol...right to the trash. Will never step foot in this place again. $30 wasted for 2 people. Neither one of us could eat it.
