Pull up to the drive thru to be told “your order is not quite ready yet.” Okay, no worries. We parked and waited. 30 minutes goes by and my husband runs in and is told “it’ll be a few more minutes”. Another 15 minutes goes by and he’s told “oh we are remaking this order it was never made.” We refunded our order and left.We had plans, 3 kids screaming in the car. Overall frustrating. Some honest communication’s really goes a long way.

Tried to get three pizzas on 12/22. 25 minutes after the 20 minute time frame when it was supposed to be done I finally got them. There were cars in the drivethru that cut the car off waiting so long. A flock of seagulls could run a place better than that. My god.

Hate to leave this review pizza hut but my order finally did come 90 minutes after I placed my order. A full hour after your estimated delivery time. And yes it was cold when I received it. Not sure what reason you might have for that because your pizza tracker put my order on the road at 925pm. Arriving at my house at 1030pm. Was it riding around in the drivers car all that time?? Do better pizza hut. Next order will be calling Domino's.

Ordered a pizza online (site is very user friendly) and it was just out of the oven at pick up on my way home from work. Win! Win! Everyone is very polite at this location!
Once we got the pizza, it was delicious! But we waited in the lobby for 45+ minutes after being told it would be approximately 15 minutes. No worries, I understand it's busy. But the things I heard in there were awful. The female, I would assume manager, was SCREAMING at the other employees over everything. The way she stocked the ingredients, how long the orders were taking, etc. If I worked there I would have walked out and left her by herself to run the place. I will no longer be ordering from this Pizza Hut, just as I wouldn't order from any other establishment where I witness employees being treated in such a manner. And after scrolling reviews, I see that I'm not the only one who has been disgusted and appalled by the way you allow your employees to be treated.

This place honestly sucked. They used to have a lot of stuff here, but no more it seems like the entire place has been shut down just about. They don't have calzones with strombolis or nothing, just basic pizzas and stuff. Even then I had to wait an hour just for a little half folded Pizza to get done. And then the manager complained when I asked for marinara sauce instead of ranch to dip in because the pictures of thing I ordered had marinara sauce Not ranch and he tried to give me ranch.
