“You walk up to the counter to order, the cashier was very professional and nice. If your dining in they give you a number to place in the holder at your table, they will bring you your food. No table service but they will grab your plates when you leave. I got the spicy Turkey on Cuban with fresh fruit and a pickle spear. It is served hot. The strawberry lemonade is freshly made and very good. Overall atmosphere and experience was excellent.Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids menu, with some kid food favorites like Mac and cheese.“
“Amazing customer service, I'm broke and haven't eaten 3 and 1/2 days and had only about a dollar and $1.70 in pennies an wasn't really able to buy anything with that amount, but this nice gentleman named Nate helped me out and was able to give me a 12-piece nugget with fries! Thanks you Nate!“
“Just discovered The Vine in New Bern and it sure is a refreshing change from your typical offerings in the area! Clean, diverse menu with several vegetarian/vegan options. Service has been great and we can’t wait to try their dinner options. Stopped by for lunch on Wednesday and it hit the spot!Vegetarian options: Jackfruit bbq sandwich, beyond burgers, whole smoothie menu, bowls, probably more options at this one spot than all of New Bern.Kid-friendliness: Everyone complimented our baby, the server kindly suggested we could go next store to Half Time to change her. My wife was greeted and they were also really nice to her when she used their changing table (the Vine doesn’t have them). Overall, a great family experience!“
“Best hot soup for what ails you. I highly recommend the chicken noodle or turkey chili, with their bread of course. Or a bread bowl, if that’s your thing. Incredible sweet iced tea, or hot tea if you’re in the mood. The coffee here is a hidden gem, and it is great for catering where sweets and coffee would be appropriate. Another hidden gem are the kettle cooked potato chips. Price is good and fair for what looks, smells, and tastes like 100% homemade food. Best fast food/drive through in New Bern, hands down.“
“The overstuffed pulled pork sandwich was better than I expected, as were the french fries and cole slaw. The food was fresh and well-prepared. The portion of the cole slaw was a little small but it was a good complement to the BBQ, which was sweet style on the day I was there.“
“I want to extent my gratitude to the management team at this location. They took my review seriously. My husband and I went back today to try again. The manager, Jaime, was pleasant, friendly and professional. We ordered the exact same thing again. The 5 finger plate, fries and coleslaw with Zax Sauce and a 5 finger sauced plate with double fries. The food overall was much better. The chicken was not dried out or overcooked. It was moist and had good flavor. The fries were fresh, hot and seasoned well. My husband's plate was also better but he did say 2 of the 5 fingers were still overcooked. But, overall a much better experience. Thank you again Jaime for addressing my previous Google review.“
