Arrived several times an hour or so before closing and the dining room door was LOCKED!!!!! Employees don't respond to you at the drive thru, they just slam the window shut. Lots of gossiping and playing around. They see you standing at the register and just keep playing and joking around like you're not there. I hope things improve drastically soon.
I never complain but The food was decent the dining room is a absolute mess the employees rather set and gossip then take my order once I get it in the computer they get it wrong ! My order was wrong but I got no receipt to prove it either but the price showed what I spent on the food they acted as if it was a joke

They had a lot of large app and delivery orders when we came in. Those people were so organized and the team leader kept telling them they were a good team and they all just kept working so fast and smoothly. I was totally impressed with the entire temp. Plus the tacos were good.
The staff was very friendly and made me and my granddaughter feel welcome. The food was excellent. Job well done.Vegetarian options: They didn't have the vegan options that we have in charlotte but they worked with me to make sure my order was correct

Eat here 2 times in one week, dinning in for lunch.100.0 sanitation grade! Great job. They have a kiosk. But also have attentive employees to ring you up at the register. Very friendly employees. Clean tables. Bathroom was clean, had soap and paper towels. By the time I ordered, paid and washed my hands my food was ready. Order was right, food was hot. No complaints either visit. These guys deserve more than 5 ⭐
We were on a long car trip and saw someone enter the store we were told they were closed. Had they not just had a nonemployee enter it would not have bothered me. We then went through the drive thru. The food was fine.

Employees never pay attention to the instructions on orders. You ask for NO lettuce and they’ll add EXTRA. We usually try to go to the one in James City where they’ll actually pay attention and make food correctly. Taco Bell needs to fire the employees at this location and hire all new staff that has common sense and can read. Even when you go they he drive thru and say no lettuce, they STILL put it up there regardless. They simply do not give af about customers or anything.
The food was good. Was there with my dil and grandson. The service was really good too. The counter & floor around the pick-up area + drink station "could" have been cleaner, BUT I will say in their defense it was right after the lunch rush an the drive-thru looked crazy. So on the whole they get 4.95 ☆'s from me. Been there done that guys. So thanks for a great lunch that made my grandie happy. ?Parking: Parking around the building and around the lot. Nice sized spaces too.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of high chairs.

I went to the drive thru at 8:25 a.m. and waited in there for 10 minutes with no response from the employees that are working. I even drove around the building and returned to the drive thru. While driving around the building I saw an employee inside. And still no response at the ordering window. This has happened to me a few times now. This has helped me make the decision to not come back to this location anymore.
