Easy to find, great selection of beers (although they are a bit pricey), quick service, really cool decor, and plenty of seating.

Super fun bar in the heart of downtown. Drinks all good and the bartenders were both friendly & skilled

Very nice place, but I only went in for cocktails, which were good. Great service. I did take a look at the menu, and there were several interesting items there. I will be back soon when I have more time

If you don't come here and have Nick as your bartender you are doing yourself a disservice! The atmosphere and the drinks are top notch. These bartenders will go out of their way to make you your favorite drink to your liking. Stop by have a drink and a great conversation, you're gonna have fun! Thankful these guys are apart of the community.

Great place to get a cheap beer, craft draft or top shelf liquor. There is a drink for everyone! Bartenders are very knowledgeable, and will make you something you will enjoy

Not impressed....we are locals that visited the 1st time last night 7/25. There was a sign at the door featuring Berry Bourbon Smash. We asked the bartender what was in it, her reply was "I have no idea but the other bartender knows". the other bartender started making the 3 Berry BOURBON Smash by pouring VODKA. We brought that to her attention and she said she really didn't know what was in it as the bartender that knew had just left and had the recipe. We spent $45 for 3 drinks and got that kind of service. Not sure we will ever go back. Posted a comment and no response at all.

Nick was our bartender and shared with us great stories of "Charlie" and of course served special cocktails. We each tried a different drink.

First visit, bartender not so friendly, and simple drink like Manhattan was a challenge, sweet vermouth taste old, and no bitters??? shaken to boot. Avoid this place. No ask to whisky choice. Margaritas came out no salt, she was pissed when asked to salt rim.( simple as pour in shaker, salt and pour back in glass. Unfortunate for us to be here pay for bad drinks

So excited to have a new bar downtown -- and a nice one at that! Everyone's talking about beer but the cocktails really shine here.I'm not even a Bloody Mary person but I tried a sip of my husband's and may now be a convert. The top tier garnishes were a nice touch to nibble on -- I'm a big fan of the cornichons and beef sticks. I then tried a sip of my friend's PourHouse Club, a gin cocktail with raspberry purée, lemon, and egg white. I'm not even a gin person either, but this refreshing pink concoction has me on a cloud. Definitely coming back for this one!The drink I actually ordered was a Tropical Champagne: coconut rum, pineapple, champagne. It was lovely but didn't have the unique wow factor of the other drinks I tried.Bartenders are friendly and always checking in to make sure you're happy with your drink. The interior of PourHouse is tastefully decorated and clean. I especially appreciated the bathroom hallway art and the vintage newspaper clippings in the main bar area that paid homage to local landmarks. My only complaints are the strong scent of cleaning solution and the freezing AC that was blasting when we visited midday. When we stopped by after dinner another evening, the music wasn't playing for some reason so it was a slightly awkward atmosphere like walking into a stranger's house party where you didn't know anybody.Once this place works out some (very minor) kinks, it'll be a staple on everyone's post-dinner routes!

I came in for a beer on Saturday afternoon. $7.25 for a beer. The place is very nice. The server was so very nice as well. Was nice enough to explain the beer situation. Revolving on the big screen as well as a beer list. I picked my beer and had a pleasant time listening to the music. I think I found my new favorite spot in downtown New Bern!

The drinks were good. It would be nice to have some bar snacks to offset the alcohol. They said they had peanuts and jerky but didn't offer any. The staff wasn't very friendly. I am not sure I will return.
