SLOWEST drive through in new bern. You sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes sometimes.And they made it so that once you get in you can not get outIts absolutely RIDICULOUS !

They close on certain days at 10:00 p.m. and when I show up at 9 the doors are locked and everyone is standing around when I bang on the window they tell me they are short staffed and I say to them you have about 6 people you look fully staffed to me I personally felt they were just lazy and didn't care the community.

The crew was polite but very slow. Took almost 20 minutes to get a taco salad. Some of the tables were in need of attention and I might have just missed a food rush, but they're should have been more clean tables.

Arrives was quick today. Went with my mom since she wanted a burger. Over Half the sodas at the fountain were out, all the ketchup dispensers were empty and the seats in the booths are all torn up and or falling apart..... Step it up store manager/owner..... Start acting like you care about your customers.... 2nd time I go there in the last 6 months and the same lazy dinning area, lack of care...

This Wendys is extremely slow. They can only take one car at a time. I literally waited 15 mins in line with only one car ahead of me and they didnt take my order until they finished with the car in front of me that took 15 mins. So after they finally took my order, they pulled me because they were waiting on "fresh nuggets". If they took my order sooner then the nuggets would have been out when i pulled up. As im waiting, i also notice they were doing the same thing with other cars, taking one order at a time and only taking another once they are completely finished with the one they are on. They pulled every single person. This happens all the time so its not just tonight Jan 7, 2024 at 9:57pm. They better get it together because they are losing business.

I scraped my arm when I came through the door and it started to bleed I didn't have a Band-Aid on me and I asked one of their employees for a Band-Aid and they got me one and it was a good one I was happy that I got something good to eat it was the four for four meal and it was hot good and fresh I would recommend this place to anybody there.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheelchair accessibility and they have tables for people in wheelchairs.

Most of the time they do well. But always check your bag. Ordered a Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato with shredded cheese. Received baked potato with chive. No sour cream, no cheese. Driest lunch ever!
