Me and my friend visited this restaurant for dinner today after visiting the Linville falls area today and we were amazingly impressed by the staff and food we got. Service was AWESOME and the food was the best! I had fried catfish with red eye gravy. My hubby had blackened salmon with a relish. We both had mixed veggies and green beans with bacon. By far the best green beans I had in a very long time! We started off the meal with fried Brussels sprouts that melted in your mouth! The food was so tasty we had to try dessert. What a gem! We ran across the Tin Trout as we were meandering around the area and had no idea what to expect but knew that if the parking lot was full it had to be good.
