Caroline was just wonderful! She was very sweet, also she was celebrating her birthday! I was welcomed and she told me about the mega teas as well as their iced coffee she highly recommended which I will be trying. On top of it all being a first time customer, I got half off my order! I will be back. I got the MAHI mega tea but she did a cross between that and COASTAL WATER because of what I told her I liked. My daughter got the FORGET ME NAUTi both were amazing! Thank you again!

Best healthy shakes & teas ever. I go there every week after my gym. Caroline & staff are soooo sweet & creative. Love the adorable atmosphere. Blessed to have this place in Newport ?

this place has the best nutritional shakes and teas! their staff is super friendly and sweet! their prices aren’t crazy expensive or anything and they also have delicious protein snacks too! i 100% definitely recommend nautical nutrition!
