Horrible first experience & the manager didn’t even care or apologize for making me wait over 30 minutes for a drive thru order as others who ordered behind me kept driving off. I eventually had to bring it to their attention & somehow they forgot about me. Was expecting some type of grace but the manager could care less. Only getting 3 stars because the food was fresh & good.
Dixie's is a good spot! Bang for your buck is off the charts. You can easily feed 2-3 people on one plate. Quality has dropped a little lately, they used to be amazing, they've become good enough. Service is awesome!

The lady taking our order couldn't stop talking to a customer who was leaving to take our order. She finally got the order correct as the man left. The fried chicken was good, crispy skin and juicy inside. As for the side, the potato salad tasted like someone dumped a bottle of mustard in it. The same lady who took our order came to our table and ask if everything was ok. We told her the potato salad was awful. She asked if we would like some other side and we said onion rings. She took the salads and never came back. That is what we are planning to do also, never go back to Dixie's.
This could be ALL‼️ me. I thought I asked for the fish special, and I got chicken. The grease was old, I regurgitated after I ate the fries. I may visit again, my family got the chicken and they said it was very good.

It was only three pieces of Flounder in the Box small enough for a fish sandwich. The last time I got Canadian flounder and it was just as Bland as anything

Delicious food. My kids and I absolutely love eating here. The food is consistently great and the costumer service has been wonderful the past few times I've gone. It does take a few minutes for drive though food to be made. I usually have to pull around front and wait but I don't mind considering the food quality. One of our favorite restaurants in Newton
This evening I called to place an order, and my request was to have my condiments on the side so that I can enjoy it later, and the gentleman who answered the phone said he needed to consult with his boss, placed me on hold and then came back and said that it will be a $1.50 up charge for me to have my food as requested with that being said they sound like a business that is hungry for money and does not aim to please their customers I will not recommend not to mention their coleslaw is like a tablespoon of coleslaw for the fee that they charge
