This place should go down in the Guinness book for the worse customer service ever. I ordered a pizza through grub hub, got a text it would be ready at 2 to 2:15. My wife went to pick it up and the cahier said they didn't have one for Mike Murphy. Ok my wife calls me and tells me so I go up there and no pizza under my name. I go there and sure enough they said no Pizza in my name. Ok so I leave and I call up grub hub and talk to them and a Guy named Bryan got if figured out and they had my pizza ready. I go there and the short worker picks it up and slides it across the counter and I slide it back and told them I wanted a hot pizza then the argument starts, the other manager comes over and raises his voice arguing with me. I reminded them I'm the customer and I'm the one paying the bills. This was going no where I left and had to reheat my 18 dollar pizza. I noticed on the box it had Mike M on it. They did not get the connection between Mike Murphy and Mike M. This just goes to show you that there is no customer service any more. Note to the manager: Let train your worker to no yell and argue with customers and raise their voice. Too bad Burger King doesn't sell pizza i would go there.

I paid $31.00 dollars for a large cheese pizza and it was left on the floor at my door an hour after ordering, no call or anything by the time I looked outside it was cold and some slices folded over. I just can’t believe it. Terrible service, will not order here ever again

Past 3 times I have ordered it has taken an hour to get my pizza. I watched the delivery driver drive past my house twice. Going to start taking my business elsewhere.

for starters they didn't get my order right. i orders 2 pepperoni pizzas with stuffed crust but instead i got 2 cheese pizzas with stuffed crust i wasn't gonna complain about my order being wrong but then i noticed a hair balls deep into the crust of the pizza and i was sick to my stomach and i thought a little tug would get it out ( i wasnt gonna eat it just wanted to see how deep it was) but i had to put like actual force to get that hair out,i did throw it out but like that's sick

I have been a customer of this location for 10+ years. This place is getting worse and worse. The quality is gone. These last couple of times that I've ordered was horrible. My two pizzas with 2 toppings pizza with pineapple and pepperoni was uneven with one side made like a thin crust pizza like Little Ceasars. It lack so much ingredients on my pizzas that some slices Hardly has any sauce, cheese, and or pineapple in it. My kids were really disappointed at their pizzas. I may have to travel to the one on 127 for now on even though I only live like 2 miles away from this Newton location.

This was the worst dining experience I have ever had in my entire life. Both of the owners were outside smoking letting their workers go haywire inside, and me and my relative almost got assaulted by a worker for a simple misunderstanding (I am a woman). When we tried to tell the owners outside he literally chased us outside screaming and trying to fight my older brother. He screamed at us for over five minutes over a simple misunderstanding inside the restaurant in which he was in the wrong and we left the restaurant peacefully. I have never seen an employee verbally assault a woman like this. This place needs to be shutdown immediately and the workers need to be investigated. This is absolutely ridiculous and hands down the scariest and worst experience ever!!!
