Took them an hour to make two pizza and a Pepsi. And they forgot the pepsi. You have to be a literal subhuman with a caveman IQ to forget a third of my order. Hope you all get sacked from corporate so you can stop making stupid mistakes and get easier jobs.

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered dinner to be delivered at 7:00 pm. We were told it would be 40 minutes. When it hadn't arrived in an hour and a half, we called to check on it, only to be told the order was lost. The person we were talking to was rude and unapologetic. I had to call back five times, being hung up on the first four, in order to speak to a manager. He was equally rude. The pizza is great, but not worth the hassle of getting it. We won't be ordering from them ever again.

Called it in they got my food wrong had to wait till they fixed another Pizza got it wrong went on and tried to eat it and it was nasty something was rotten on it whatever you do don't go to this place go to the one on Sandy Ridge Road or the one on 321 near Granite the Pizza Hut in Newton is awful and it's sad it used to be good

Ordered pizza, picked up after driving 20 min. , order was wrong. Called back Manger said it was correct because he made it himself. Had to drive back to prove it was wrong. Had to wait 15 more min for the correct pizza. He did give me an order of bread sticks for my time. BIG DEAL after more or less calling my Grandson a lier.

The service and the food is so much better. I'd definitely recommend giving this Pizza Hut a chance or another chance. Trust me, you won't regret it!

We order them for Youth Group every week and they always seem to be great! The pizza is always on time, hot, and yummy!I went to get a lost receipt a few weeks ago and they were kind and fast about it. If you like delivery pizza, this is a good one to have!

First time going to this location and we loved it! Ordering online/on the app was super easy! Just an FYI....use their deals listed!! If I put in what we got tonight without using their deals, it would have been double the price. So don't miss out. Curbside pickup was smooth. Parked, checked in on the app, they came right out and said there was 4 minutes left (I was early). Everything was hot and delicious!
