Our order was missing tater tots and the sauces we paid for. corn dog wasn’t cooked all the way. soft pretzel was very dry and didn’t come with the nacho cheese that we asked for. burger was bland. brownie blast and blue raspberry slushie were good, probably the only things i would come back for.

I seem to never have luck with this particular sonic. I have been here several times in the past and sometimes the food is good and sometimes the food is not. This is one of those times for the food was not good. I don’t know how you mess up a hotdog, but it was overcooked. It was very tough, the mozzarella sticks that I ordered didn’t come with any marinara sauce, even though I asked for it, and they were so greasy that I couldn’t eat them. Even the tater tots were overcooked most of them were burnt and not edible. The only thing that was positive that I received was my drink . I try to give places the benefit of the doubt and I try to come back hoping that maybe a change in management or change and cook or change and servers will make the experience better, but this particular sonic just can’t seem to get it together.

They never give coin change I was told today that they didn't have enough coins it was 45 cents that ads up after a while they need to always give correct change when someone pays

Raven My Bellhop/Server was absolutely amazing to me tonight when I came to eat Dinner. I was short on cash and needed to split my payment between cash and card and the computer system is unable to process split payments resulting in me not having enough to cover my meal. And without missing a beat or even a second thought Raven took it on herself and covered the rest of my check for me out of her own pocket so my meal was paid for.. Then also declined my offer to pay her back and told me not to worry about it and have a great night.. She deserves all the recognition for going above and beyond for her customers! Raven your much appreciated and your hard work and caring heart has not gone unnoticed!!
