The food is still hot when we get it home to eat, they rarely (if ever?) get our orders incorrect and seem to remember even small details like side sauces. The entrance price is affordable. We had gone on a Sunday and oh lord! You can tell the locals LOVED this place. The line was out the door! The food fulfilled us for our road trip back home. I 100% recommend the collard, sausage, and banana pudding. My partner enjoyed the chicken, mac&cheese, roast, and banana pudding WITH their cornbread. We wish we had the chance to try their catfish, but we were too stuffed. Will be visiting again if we ever find ourselves in NC again. 10/10 recommend this place, but I'm sure the locals have discovered the magic that happens at Fuller's.“

“Didn't drink the beer , had a near-beer which was unfortunately good (unfortunate because I now have to share it publicly); the 'Upside Dawn Golden' lager had a strong citrusy flavor and was good for a non-alcoholic beer. The 'Little Vinny' flatbread pizza was delicious! The 'Pepperoni Hot Honey' was pretty good too, the sauce was phenomenal, and not bad in the pizza. As for the appetizer... Not an avocado guy buy the Avocado Toast Trinity was delicious too ~4 flavors:#1 was eh #2 was a-maz-ing #3 was rich/flavorful #4 was tasty too but raw red onions would have been better then the pickled red...1. “This place is great! Ms. Betty and her coworker as she affectionately called little bit were a great team! Protect Ms. Betty at all cost, she’s a true gem. We had pancakes, grits, eggs, patty sausage and toast. All was cooked to our request and didn’t miss a beat. “My mom ordered the grilled pork chops with corn, fried okra, and Texas toast. The pork chops were juicy and flavorful. The sides were delicious. I had fried tenderloin with fried okra and fried squash. The tenderloin was sooooo good! The sides were yummy. The waitress was kind and efficient. The only sad not was there no daily dessert. ?“

“It's a lovely, atmospheric, historic building and is much larger than it appears from the outside. The fried green tomatoes, fish and chips and chicken tenderloins were fantastic. Food was flash fried and not heavily battered. It was perfect!“

“I went here for lunch yesterday placed an order in drive thru in came to almost $15.00 without a drink. After I paid for me order and ask for a cup of water they wanted to charge me $.43 cents. Really after spending that amount of money I just spent at your establishment you couldn't give a complimentary cup of water. When we got there, there was quite a bit of people in line, she found out how many was in each party, then she told all about maybe 8 to 10 people "everyone follow me." We were all like "okay. " she sat all the parties down at our tables then she started taking orders 1 by 1. I recognized her efficiency and calmness during all this and appreciated it. “Food was very good. They have three choices of chicken: fried, baked and BBQ. Fried chicken very crispy and not too salty (my complaint about other places). Baked was very good and not tough - it could be a healthy alternative. BBQ is oven baked with plenty of sauce that is included with your serving. Be prepared to wash your hands afterward! Yum! Sides are great and seasoned just right. Candied yams are very lightly spiced and not overly sweet. The potato salad is mustard-based with some egg - like you would eat at a church potluck. And thankfully no pimiento! Cole slaw is excellent as well. You can tell my favored sides! The staff are very kind and helpful as well. Oh, and the restaurant is very clean and has indoor seating, counter pick-up, and drive-up window service. Highly recommend this restaurant, although the location is a little more challenging to get to. Worth the effort.“

“My family and I stopped here on our way to Florida from Virginia for lunch and we were very pleased with our dining experience. The food was prepared fresh and was tasty and our server got our orders correct and was attentive. The restaurant was empty we ordered tacos, fajitas and carnitas. My favorite item were the Al pastor tacos. They had a great flavor and came with onions and cilantro. The star of the show were definitely the homemade corn tortillas. They were light, soft and a perfect size. My whole family enjoyed them. This will definitely be our go to for lunch in future road trips“
