New kiosk is ok but doesn't print reciept, staff doesn't properly fulfill orders per kiosk orders. Staff rude when have to ask for order to be right and take their time.

Placed a mobile order, get here to pick it up and they tell me there’s an additional wait of 16 minutes after I have been waiting for over 30 minutes. Terrible experience and not worth it with bad customer service and high prices!

Pulled up to order and was told it would be a 15 minute wait for chicken as they didn't have any ready. I paid for the food and was pulled up. I waited over 20 minutes and no one brought the food. However as soon as I go in our order is ready. Seems no one wanted to bring our food or have any chicken ready.

Honestly out of all the restaurants I’ve worked at I can say with out a shred of doubt this is the cleanest, freshest and best chicken/restaurant you can find. Serves is incredible and they’re always detail cleaning the kitchen.

We went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles, fries and a drink. We also ordered 3 tenders mac n cheese and a sweet tea with BBQ sauce and Ranch. Once I got my actual order, I got a regular chicken sandwich with pickles, fries and a drink. We also got 3 tenders fries and a sweet tea with no sauce.Jada I think her name was didn't repeat the order, she was very rude and is not good at the job. Someone needs to get her off the drive thru, the way she talks and acts around the customers.
