Y'all... Please stop skimpin on them fries. Seriously. Staff is great and nice but just check your fries. I got an order one time with half of a medium fry and apparently you can't just ask to remedy the amount but, c'mon now.

The food was cold and not good. Chicken nuggets were way overcooked. Service wasn't good at all. Takes someone forever to acknowledge you when you go to the front to ask for ketchup or anything. I already don't expect much when I go to McDonald's, but this one topped the list.

The drive through is the bestParking: Parking is blocked mostly because of busy dive thru
This location needs some training on customer service and actually listening to customer. Repeatedly orders have been wrong or missing items. Can't even finish order before they cut you off saying is that it or when order combo say what drink you want for them to repeat what drink do you want. Instead of updating location try updating service.

I originally wanted a large macchiato, which the machine has been down for over 3 weeks now! So I ordered a large iced coffee with half caramel and half vanilla. It was very strong and disgusting. All I could taste was strong coffee and caramel, couldnt taste no vanilla and I was charged an extra $1 for it. I also ordered a sausage and cheese McGriddle and was given a sausage and cheese biscuit. However, I don’t even eat McDonald’s biscuits bc they are too thick. I gave it away and now I’ve wasted my money on breakfast this morning and still don’t have a McGriddle or a coffee! Trying calling up there but nobody is picking up the phone! They really need to do better bc I will not be going back for a long time!! So disappointed

There was no eye contact when i was paying for my food in drive thru, no smiles, nothing. At the following window for me to get my food, I was the only one in the drive thru and the girl told me to pull forward to wait for my food. It made no sense to me because i was the only one in the drive thru. Another thing, I ordered a large fry, paid for a large fry, and they still gave me a medium…. I know it’s not that big of a deal, but when you pay for what you want and they don’t give you what you ordered, then it’s kind of annoying.
