I use to love this place but on a big Wednesday night things changed for me and fam. The waitress stand over talking to others standing around when we sat down at a dirty table. Had to ask for the table to be wiped down and garbage that was left from previous customers to be removed. They seem to be extremely under manned but what was left had nasty attitude and extremely lazy!! Can’t rate the food yet cause I’m still waiting for someone to take my order!!! This place seemed so nasty. At least 40% of the tables were full of items left from the previous customers. WTH is the manager???

This place is trash! Food is not great and service is even worse, especially with call-in orders. Waited over an hour to get my call in order and it was never put in the system. Would not recommend!

This is my first review ever, being I’m not the one to leave reviews, but the service I have gotten from wing company is ridiculous! We the people is what keeps wingco’s doors open daily! So that’s how customers should be treated! I order pickup from wing co all the time for my family. Every time we go in to pick up our food there’s no one at the pickup station, and there’s 10 employees standing around the bar and other places inside that look at you and look away when you walk in. It doesn’t matter if you just walked in or stand there for 10 minutes looking at your food sitting on the table THEY DO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE YOU! When I finally get my food and get home, they give hand size portions of fries with cheese EVERY time for $10 a plate, which is already ridiculous! I called today to order me and my family food and they tell me from now on there will be an extra charge for the cheese, not mentioning the $0.70 a cup that’s half way filled! They move to a bigger nicer building and now wanna micromanage every dollar that they can make, When they have 10 employees standing around doing nothing! Treat their customers like trash and we are what keeps the doors up and restaurant running! If I could leave 0 stars I would! Humble yourself wingco and treat your customers better!! If I’m gonna pay $25 for two plates of cheese fries make the amount of food worth $25 and not waste half a plate!!!!! I’ll happily take my money to lumberton Wingco where the ranch is free and the service is top tier!

This place is twice as bad as it was when it was half the size . Twice the size and half the staff doesn’t seem to be working . We had to walk to the bar to get the drinks we ordered from our server 15 min later after arriving and ordered from the bar every drink after .
