We waited an hour for our entree. The salmon was overcooked and dry. Portions were small. Ravioli was good but was a small portion. The noise level was high with noise from the tasting area flowing into the dining area. There was a double sliding door that blocked the noise very well but waitstaff kept it open most of the time. The value of our meals was low. We won't go back as we have been here at least 4 times prior and service was never good.

Way overrated, won't go back. Our server didn't let us know the kitchen was backed up. After 45 minutes we asked where our appetizer order was and was told they were making it fresh. It was delivered shortly thereafter, and it was cold. The meals for our 5 person table were brought out at 3 different times, each 10 minutes apart from each other. The second delivery was 2 salads. The last delivery, which was a steak, was cold. We honestly couldn't believe it. Then to top it off, as the table next to us was being turned for new guests, the staff person sprays glass cleaner multiple times with the spray bouncing off that table and into ours. Unbelievable. Lastly, you don't get an itemized bill for your meal, just a total due on an ipad with the server standing there while you decide which tip option to choose. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.

I ordered the eggplant rollatini and the eggplant was rubbery. I would have sent it back, but was not in a 'confrontational' mood. Our favorite white wine was Happy Endings and we were so disappointed to learn JOLO no longer makes a sweet white wine. :o( JOLO offers only two white wines, now - both bubbly. We did enjoy a bottle of Sangria and it was delicious, but red. If it wasn't for the beautiful outside venue with the gorgeous view of Pilot Mountain, I really don't think we'd plan to celebrate another special event at JOLO Winery.

Everything was wonderful from the food and service to the atmosphere, and of course the wine. Will definitely be returning. JOLO is such a pretty winery! Can't wait to go back!

We come frequently to JoLo Vineyards and always enjoy great service, great wine , great food and a GREAT Time-5 Star experience!!! Enjoyed some Twinkkes at our table and took home several bottles of Twinkles , Jolotauge and award winning Crimson Creek!!! Buckeye Ron in the Carolinas/YadkinValley/Triad aka THE NC Wine Traveler

We are wine club members, and love coming to eat at JOLO for the fabulous food and of course, the best local wine in NC. This past weekend, we celebrated my husband's birthday and two staff members made our visit particularly special, as they provided outstanding service - Victoria and Catie Beth! Thank you all for going above and beyond!

We always have a great experience. The food is always phenomenal and the service is absolutely the best.Always enjoy ourselves every time we go there. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fabulous place to go.

Another wonderful lunch at JOLO! Gwen and l started with a bottle of Crimson Creek, an outstanding red (one among many at JOLO l might add), which we sipped while eating our favorite appetizer: the Thai Spicy Chili Shrimp. SO good! But l am anxious to eat at JOLO with Chase soon so we can share the absolutely delicious Steak Calamari! I hadn't eaten the Fruiti de Mar for a while, so l ordered it and still LOVE the seafood pasta dish in a light garlic/wine/butter sauce, the tender shrimp and salmon, was especially tasty! Gwen got another of my favorite dishes, the Salmon Shrimp Scampi. Everything was excellent and we enjoyed the lovely sunny day and having JW greet us. You can't beat JOLO for wine, food, hospitality, facility, service and views!

Some of the best food and white wine I've had. If you enjoy calamari be sure to try the calamari steak on the appetizer menu. Lovely view of pilot mountain. We'll be back!

Absolutely amazing. The food far exceeded my expectations. Wine was delicious. Our sever was delightful. Eventhough the restaurant was busy she never missed a beat. I can not say enough good things about our experience. Will definitely be going back.

A beautiful venue and winery. Service is exceptional. From the outdoor seating to enjoy a glass of wine to the fine dining room, everything was perfect. The servers are well trained and know both the food menu and the winery's selections and pairings. Food was prepared well and served hot. We were never rushed. We will definitely be back

We arrived an hour early (my fault) so decided to do a wine tasting to kill time. Miranda was an excellent host very knowledgeable on the wines offered. One of our party isn't a big wine drinker and prefers a sweet after dinner wine. The one she has enjoyed before was not available so Miranda brought a wine not part of the 7 on our list. Excellent service. The meal was great. Service very attentive without being intrusive or rushed considering we stayed for 2 1/2 hours. Weather was perfect for dining outside. The owner stopped by to check on us and visit for a few minutes. Nice touch

Jolo is my favorite go-to winery/restaurant. The food is great and the wine is wonderful. I was able to reserve a table on short notice (which is often not the case) so very much enjoyed a quiet Sunday afternoon meal. Thank you to the staff!

It is a nice place to go for a dinner date or with a group of friends. This has been my first winery that only offers wine, no other beverages like beer. So if that is important for your group, please take note. The food was priced well but also our meals were quite average. My husband ordered the filet steak, and I got the steak tips. Again, just average on the taste level. The wine started out good, but when we got to the bottom of the glass there was a lot of bitterness to it. The desert was probably the best-tasting item we had. The area to tour was nice, it had a few sitting areas outside that we enjoyed the people-watching. I would recommend this to a friend if they want a nice evening out with reasonably priced food/drinks and they happen to be in the area.

Service was great. However they failed twice to cook a medium rare steak. First time it came out it was well done. Second time it was raw. Only way this was done was intentional. Very disappointing because it was very expensive
