i don't usually have a hard time at this location, mainly bc i know to stay away from a busy place if i don't have the time. i stopped by on my way home last night for what seemed like a normal night. i was greeted and paid for my food by a man named gabriel last night who absolutely made my night. he was super peppy and polite. it made the experience even better than it already is and i couldn't thank the staff enough for sending me off in higher spirits than when i arrived....read full review
I hate to leave bad reviews but unfortunately I can't say anything good about my experience. I gave them my order 4 times. They kept putting it in wrong. Once they finally put it in right, my food was still prepared incorrectly. I had a valid, in-date coupon for their store, the man over the speaker didn't put in my coupon ((though luckily the woman at the window put it in after I handed it to her)) the man wanted me to read him a code but there wasn't a code on the coupon....read full review

Ordered through the app. They should have had the order ready, and the time I arrived, it's a 20-minute drive from my house. They didn't know we had ordered. I had to wait another 20 minutes for the order. I got home and realized our order was short a large French Fry. I don't go to McDonald's because there is always this kind of experience.
