The Shrimp Chupe is too watery and is not made correctly because for the chupe to take on the characteristic flavor it has to be cooked with whole shrimp, the chupe has to be more consistent and not so watery!The loin was sweet and has to be flamed so that it takes on that “smoky” flavor that this one did not have.The chicken cause was good!The sauces are very delicious! The attention was good!

A member of our party asked to use the bathroom before we sat down and as they were returning from the bathroom, one of the waitresses roughly grabbed her arm and said, "what do you think you're doing?" She assumed our mother had already eaten and was trying to leave without paying for her meal even though she had just entered the restaurant 2 minutes earlier. The manager did a poor job of addressing the issue when we brought it up to him. We carry at least once every two weeks and after this? No chance.We went in to celebrate a birthday and immediately things started off on a bad note. Loveeeeee this place. It never disappoints. Pollo a la brasa 10/10, ceviche 7/10, anticuchos 10/10! They also have Pilsen Callao beer. I haven't tasted food like this in charlotte since I was living in Peru!! Definitely recommend it's worth it !

Ordered aji de gallina and asked for no olives only to be given olives. I can now make aji de gallina on my own and no longer have to rely on theirs. PSA mine tastes better.
