One of the nicest Popeyes I've been to granted, they don't lose any stars for cleanliness inside or anything due to being located in the food court. Service was a decent speed and very friendly, food tasted good. Couldn't ask for more really.

Wow! The food was so delicious. I had the classic chicken sandwich which is so big that I took half of it home with me to have later. The mac and cheese was the best that I have had at a fast food place. It wa very good. Everything was served by very nice people and the guy who took my order was efficient and friendly.

First, I'd like to say that if zero stars were an option, I'd have chosen it! I gave the service two stars, because on occasion I have met incredibly kind team members that were helpful.However, the service does not make up for the fact that for the past three times I've had literal bugs in my food and missing items. Sad story, don't come here lol.

Beware today I saw one of the ladies asking a child for her shoes the child took the shoes off and the lady took the shoes with her hands to look at them seconds later she was touching the food without washing her hands, same day I saw another lady pick on her nose and scratches her hair with the gloves on and then touching the chicken she served a customer that horrible disgusting that it at carolina place mall pineville popeyes

Horrible experience!!! Workers on their phones with gloves on them touching food!!! CROSS CONTAMINATION!!! The lady before me said something and they ignored her, then I politely asked…before he touches my food can he just simply swap his gloves because he has been using his cell phone, texting, calling, holding it, putting it in his pocket then turning around to make sandwiches and put food in the boxes!! Instead they grouped up at the register to tell me how it wasn’t a big deal! I just walked away don’t want the food…everyone knows your cell phone has the most germs on it!!!!!
