I will not be going back to this Subway. I went in and ordered my footlong with extra cheese. Half for work lunch, half for work dinner. This was the worst Subway experience I've had. Except for the few times I was given rotted food that was purposely hid by cheese and condiments. I had food poisoning three times from other Subways. This Subway was a different experience. The toppings looked whiteish, dry, old, and possibly frozen then thawed. The poor guy didn't give me the extra cheese, but charged me for it. I got one little slice of tomato on each side. One piece of onion per side. A few pieces of lettuce, so I asked for spinach- I got three spinach leaves. One cucumber slice per side. One small pepper per side. I asked for pickles and he put on a bunch of jalapeños peppers. Ok, I can pick thoes off. I asked for olives, more jalapeños, no olives. I asked for banana peppers, got more jalapeños. He told me he likes jalapeños. Ok, what ever, I'll just pick them off and hopefully won't have any residual flaver on my sub. I hate thoes jalapeños. I asked for mustard. He squirted three fat lines of mayo before I told him to stop! I HATE MAYO! My whole sub was a pile of mayo covered jalapeños. He didn't understand what I was saying about the ruined sub I couldn't eat. He must have thought I didnt know how to pay. I was telling him I wanted my sub fixed. He took my card from my hand and put it in the card reader on my side of the counter. Pressed the buttons for me and gave himself a tip.

Was very disappointed in their service. The poor guy had no help and as soon as I walked in he said it will be a long time and with an attitude?‍♀️. I am by myself and I have a big order. Seem very tired and sweating too much , I did not want that in my food anyways. Went to other subway in town, great customer service and very clean. Will not go to this place no more last 3 times had almost similar experience, poor customer service.?

I just want to say I experienced a hard working young lady Named Destiny Lowery she had great customer service an just so happen while I was in the middle of ordering, A lady came in an was very upset at the wait in the drive threw but yet to relize This young lady was serving a lobby full of ppl an was the only one working.. When The lady had came in being rude an cutting in line Destiny handled the situation very precessional an with all respect.. We need more hard workers like her.. BIG THANKS TO DESTINY LOWERY!!!

Loved it! Best sub from any Subway I have been to. Everything was fresh, the veggies even crunched when I bit into them! Employees were exceptional! Manager was on duty also and was super friendly.

Just had one of the best SUBWAY experiences ever! Was very impressed by the friendly attitude expressed by both employees. I feel that this is one of the most important things that business lack today! The two worked great together even with a difference in age. As I watched them make orders, I noticed that they actually made commercial quality subs. All toppings were evenly dispersed neatly. They even complimented each others work! After expressing how impressed I was, I then found out one had only been there two weeks. The other had only been there fortwo months and was only 15. Even rode a bike to work for the first few weeks of being hired. They definitely gave me "PRE-COVID" service Wishing the best in life for these two young ladies. SUBWAY......You've got something special in these two employees!!!!!

This people of this subway are bigoted persons who refuses to switch gloves or clean the knives when asked even though I tell them it's for religious reasons, after multiple times I was threatened to have the police called on me as an employee was cussing at me. Now I order through Uber eats a MexiCali and they intentionally and maliciously put it in there. Whether it is for religious or health reasons someone asks you to put gloves on or clean your utensils you should cause had I been allergic I could have died
