My only real complaint is the inconsistency with the food. 3 out of 4 times your “Cajun” fries won’t have any seasoning on them. I just got home with my food and don’t have time to go back but the Cajun fries are just soggy plain fries.

Guess it's far to difficult to put the fries in the small bag. They had not one bit of seasoning, we managed to grab a shaker and add our own. Serious employee issue here on April 19 at 7pm. By the way, that's supposed to be 2 small fries..... even people in the drive thru were bringing their stuff back in.

i need yall to hire some better employees. every single time in the past 10 months of living around here yall always seem to forget something in my bag and never give any sauces even when asked. the employees are nice don’t get me wrong but they are to worried about socializing with their friends in the parking lot from the drive through window then actually doing their job.

I love me some Bojangles, but from the time that ill mannered young lady answered that mic it was down hill. We had to repeat our order numerous times. Each time she got it wrong. Finally she gives us a total and we pull around. We were not acknowledged at all. The only people in the drive thru and the inside was closed. She continues to ignore us at the window while picking at her nasty nails mumbling and cursing under her breath. She finally puts her hand out and takes my money. 13.23 for two large drinks and two large fries! She gets upset rolls her eyes mumbles some more while trying to figure out how to give me two cents back. I gave her 13.25. she gives me a drink while almost dropping the fries on the ground as she tries to shut the window. I got her attention and asked for my drink as she pouts some more. Which by the way was the wrong drink ( I found that out once we were on the highway. The fries were cold so I knocked on the window and asked for fresh fries as they are actually putting out a new batch. Her and her male counterpart seem to butt heads as they are complaining about who should scoop them. She was again rude passing them to me without absolutely any seasoning. I knocked on the window and asked for seasoning as she has returned to picking her nasty fingernails while getting my seasoning. We are paying more for our food due to lazy bad attitude employees such as this requiring 15.00 to make a biscuit and not be able to read and count money.Bojangles! You are better than this. Super disappointed as this Bojangles has been going downhill for a while now.Drive a few miles further if going towards Raleigh and stop in Selma. They are 90% better. If going east it's only 20 minutes or so to exit 358 I believe in Goldsboro.

I had to take back the 5 stars I gave a year ago because of multiple bad experiences. After going in Saturday and looking for the sanitation grade update and it being almost hidden and not in clear view (because it's super low), we will not be visiting again. They're always messing drive thru orders up and the food quality is just not good.

Bojangles in Princeton NC cooked fried chickens perfect. Once a while it wasn't. But I can always let them know about my chickens that it was dark skin and hard. They quickly changed it to the better one. The same at Bojangles in Selma NC. I went both places for a long time. They are doing great and still good fried chickens. I still go there.
