Zero star quality. Very disappointing night time staff absolutley sucked today. They had us wait in line at drive thru for 20 minutes for them to say hold on a sec. Then, we waited 15 more mins for the lady to say were only accepting cash or exact change only. Like yall should have said that to begin with and not waste our time. They obviously lied just to not have us in line anymore. The staff today on Feb 2 at 10:00 pm night shift was terrible. And I do not recommend wasting your money here for low quality staff who mess around in the back and take their sweet time doing absolutely nothing but listen to music and goof off every night shift. Long wait, attitude at the speaker, and no common courtesy of informing us on anything prior to wait or ordering. Have better luck going to domino's pizza ? way better

Very nice employees. The lobby was clean and the person who was taking my order was nice. ThAy told me if the drink I wanted wasn’t available in the lobby he would make it using the drive thro one. The wait was super short too.Over all 10/10 will be eating her againParking: The parking lot was very clean and nice not bumps no broke glass and it had plenty of spaceKid-friendliness: The cashier was super nice he paid for two cookies for the kids in front of me.

This is quite a weird review. The staff was so so nice, but I can't believe they served me a large cup of sugar!!!! No lie, when I went to stick my straw in, I thought it was broken because nothing came up. After pulling my straw out and placing it back in, I finally tried to take a sip of my sweet tea. I got a mouth full of sugar!!!!! Got home to further investigate... there is literally 2 and a half inches worth of sugar in this cup. Why? How?

Check your order and get a receipt! Drove 16 miles before realizing our order was totally messed up. My husband so angry!! Drove to confront and make our order right- who wants ghost pepper sandwich and chicken wrap instead of our ordered 2 whopper meals

We ordered the 2 for $10 Whopper Jr. Meals. The onion rings were soggy, the veggies were wilted, and the burgers were lukewarm. We asked for a fresh order. Christina the manager was very polite and while she did make our onion rings fresh, she brought us a side of fresh veggies for our burgers. We did appreciate the attempt but the are now fresher than the burger. Christina thank you! For your effort but, your kindness was better than the food. I can sadly say we will not be returning to this BK location.

Why so long just to get to the drive thru? I haven’t even got to order yet. No cars have moved at all!!! Finally got to order! Still have not gotten my food and it’s been what like 45 mins???

It's always clean in here. The staff are young so bear with them . They're good though. Never had any problems with them. The management is on point! Nothing like a fresh , hot whopper without mayo to make your day better!Parking: If it's busy in the drive thru...do not park in the front. Park behind the bushes in the extra parking area. It will be waayyy easier to get out

Standard issue, drive through attendant was friendly, food was cold and lettuce had began turning brown
