They’ve messed up my order twice in a row, undercooked the fries and completely forgot three things on my last order….. I recommend literally anywhere else but this McDonald’s.

The past three times that I have ordered food at McDonald’s through their drive-through, they will have me pull ahead or pull into a spot and then take their time bringing the food to me. Today I pulled into a spot waited 35 minutes for them to bring out my order, they forgot my two shamrock shakes and said they’d be right back. I waited for another 15 minutes and they proceeded to forget about me, three other cars were served while I waited. They’re too busy messing around with each other instead of doing their job.

I ordered a large frappe with two shots of espresso and the manager tried to hand it to me..it wasn't even half way up with frappe mix.. about 2 inches of whipped cream on top of it..which didn't even reach the full mark! At this point I told her I wanted my WHOLE drink.. because they looked at me like what's wrong with it..smh..however they did pull me up and I guess they remade it..but you're a manager..I would have been more accepting if it was a new employee..

I stop by this mcdonalds only because it's on the way when I take my grands children back home. The service is always slow and they always get the orders wrong. Something is always missing from my order and then they act like it's my fault.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a satisfactory meal from this McDonalds. Horrible customer service. They are capable of ringing the right order up, yet when I open up the bag, I’ll have the wrong food. Throw the whole establishment away.
