Love this place! Food was fantastic, chairs are pretty comfortable but don't fully recline. Service is top notch.

I've been here twice and had great service, yummy apps and milkshake, and an enjoyable viewing experience! Got a collector's glass at Godzilla + Kong!

Ridiculous fees, worn out yucky looking seatsIn theater concierge that made me and my 5 year old extremely uncomfortable, and seeing as how we were one of 3 people in the theater, not letting us move, to help my son be able to see the whole screen, was extremely rude.Won't be back

Our favorite movie venue in the Raleigh/Garner/Smithfield area. Wonderful food and drink options, great service, very comfortable seats and theaters. Always an enjoyable evening for the family and well worth the cost!

This cinema hall has the best recliner chairs I have ever seated in. ?

Right before the movie starts "18% service fee". scariest thing I've ever seen at a theater. Hidden service fees are theft. Raise your prices by 18% if you have too.

Easily the best theater I've ever been too. There's very few people that still appreciate good cinema and Alamo definitely one of those few. They not only show new movies but old movies that you would of never heard of. They have a variety of snacks AND meals that you can enjoy throughout the movie that's brought too you by their wonderful staff. Lastly, they have bottomless popcorn AND drinks (soda) so you're guaranteed to make it through the whole movie with snacks intact. I'd give MORE ? 's if I could.

The seats are comfortable and the screens are ok, if a bit small. Food prices are high, but I always felt that was to be expected so I wasn’t really worried about it recently they’ve added a mandatory 18% gratuity to all orders though, which means the prices on the menu are inaccurate. They say it’s a mandatory gratuity so they can pay their weight staff better, but if you want to pay your employees more, you just increase their pay. If that means you have to increase your prices, then that’s what happens, but you don’t hide that increase in the form of a bogus mandatory tip.I normally tip at least 20% if the service is even reasonably good, but I object to them enforcing a mandatory to regardless of service. I’m my last visit there the service was adequate, and I would’ve most likely tipped at least 18%, probably more, but, it’s heavy-handed to just tack on a surcharge of pretend that your menu prices are real.

My favorite place to see movies now. The food and drinks are good, the surroundings are quirky and cozy, and the audiences are all polite and quiet during the movies!
