I always stop as soon as i get buttery smells in the mall because i know it’s Auntie Anne’s around.I like Crabtree Mall one if you go in or out of the mall I join the line for my favorite Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets and lemonade.

Honestly I only love the pretzel dogs, and the blue raspberry slushies there. The staff was awesome there. No offense at all but the pretzels there aren't my type because they put too much cinnamon. But at least the pretzel won't hurt anyone. Overall good restaurant. Can't wait to get snacks there while I shop.

The pretzel tasted good and service was fast. If I want a fresh one I'll ask for one or wait until a new batch comes out, which I recommend if you have time to wait!

Average store with slow service.They said 6 mins but ended up waiting for 15 ++ minutes.If we had known as 15++ mins then we wouldn't have ordered and left the place.Pretzel nuggets didn't taste well either. Overall it wasn't worth the wait, and a waste of time.

I planned to stay inside today since the weather was a bit yucky with clouds and rain until my Auntie Anne's app alerted me to a FREE original pretzel with Salted Caramel Iced Chocolate purchase. I had to take advantage because..... who can really resist an Auntie Anne's pretzel? Lol. The service was speedy and cashier was polite. My drink was nice & cold while my buttery pretzel was deliciously hot & salty.

Y'all. Can I let you in on a secret? I have never had these before in my 30something years of life. Y'all I AM addicted. I loved the hot, soft, buttery pretzels. They even had unsalted ones (cause the salted ones where a little strong). They have other flavors and believe me - I will be back to try THEM! Lol Staff was friendly, location simple, clean - not much to it.
Fresh cinnamon pretzels are well priced the staff is friendly and it is clean. If you haven't tried auntie Annie's you should because it is delicious

I asked for the Parmesan pretzel but I don't think that is what they gave me. I looked at the picture and what my memory says is where is the white stuff, Parmesan? There was garlic but no Parmesan. In a hurry with a group of friends to drive back 3 hours home, so I did not exam it before I left. It was still good but that is not what I paid for so I was disappointed by the time I got home. There were several people in front of me so it took almost ten minutes to get my pretzel. The lady was nice enough but no real personality. So the reason for the the four stars, wrong order and could have been friendlier.
