If anyone asked what's your favorite restaurant..I'd always say Bahama Breeze but recently some things have changed.( changes to the menu, new chef i have no idea ) We order 3 different main course and a appetizer. And I was not impressed ? sadly . Our server was very distracted, he didn't even clean our table. We were seated outside per my request, but the table and chairs were covered in pollen or dust??? It was very hard to get his attention, we had to ask someone else for our utensils...definitely some room for improvement, I'm not giving up on my favorite place just yet!

I’m not sure where to begin with this experience. The server (Antwan) was awesome. The food was good until my table was greeted by one of the guest (see photo). The manager was called to the table about the issue and he didn’t seem surprised about about this guest appearance. He used a reusable napkin from a table behind me to capture the roach. To know that napkin will be washed and wrapped around someone’s utensils, I will never eat here again.

I’ve enjoyed Bahama Breeze for many years. This Raleigh location was my 1st ever experience over 15 years ago. Over the years, I’ve also dined at locations in Metro Atlanta and SC.I always ordered the same entree (Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Loaded Mashed, and Broccoli.Several weeks, I came to this location. For the 1st time I can recall, the food was bland and not as hot as it should have been. I mostly dismissed it as an off day for the restaurant.I returned today. And unfortunately, my chicken was undercooked. I pray I don’t become ill. I informed one of the managers who offered me a comp meal on my next visit.That’s cool. However, more importantly, I implore Bahama Breeze to ensure quality food as has been my experience for over 15 years.

Gloria was an excellent server and the food was so good. I'm sure it will be one of my regular rotation spots.Parking: Handicap parking is usually full.
I wanted to order the salmon, but it was farmed and not fresh so I opted for the jerk wings with a side dish of beans and rice. I was really disappointed with the beans and rice. It was not the typical Caribbean style all mixed together, it was lightly seasoned and left me wanting for more. The jerk wings however we’re a home run. The seasoning was ???’s kiss for sure and they were plump and meaty. The jerk sauce was tangy but not nuclear hot!
