My favorite meal of my trip to Raleigh! It was a bit of a wait to get in on a Sunday, but it was worth the 45 minute wait. Staff was pretty busy and it took a little while to place my order, but I wasn't in a rush. Staff was very welcoming. I got a chicken thigh with waffle and side of pimento mac and cheese. To drink, I had my first cheerwine. The chicken thigh looked a little small on the large waffle but it was actually a lot of food and very filling, especially with the mac and cheese (I had to take some of it to go). The waffle was perfectly hot, crispy and fluffy complemented nicely with the butter, honey and salty crispy chicken. If ever in Raleigh again, I would come back.

Fun little place to eat. Not a huge place, so avoid busy hours. Food was delicious. I did not realize there would be bones in the breast, so cutting that up on top of a waffle was a bit tough since they get a hard crisp on the breading of the chicken. I, personally, would have loved a little spicy heat on the chicken, but overall it was delicious. The collard greens were so good!

Ate lunch here yesterday. Sorry no pics as I thought of it after I chowed down the food. The smashed burger we went in for was unavailable, but we had the pork shoulder meatloaf.Comes topped over some delectable good amount of mashed potatoes. We had a side of beets.People come here mainly for the honey chicken and the place fills up fast. We chose to go there on a weekday as we did try one weekend and there was a queue.Whatever you choose to eat, it will be delicious. Very reasonable prices. Limited seating Good service.

They have some great brunch items. Biscuits and gravy was on spot and Ranchos was a great twist on the traditional dish.

Beasley's Chicken & Honey is a nice southern, modern staple in Downtown Raleigh. I stumbled here during a lunch break while in town on business and I must say the chicken is pretty tasty, service is great, and everything was received pretty quickly. I ordered a breast because they were out of thighs, along with a wing and for the side I did the sausage gravy and biscuits. I was not impressed with biscuit and gravy, but everything else was great. I also had a cocktail that pretty tasty as well. Definitely a great restaurant in a prime location.

Chicken and waffles is the best. Mimosas are heavy pours and delicious

I really enjoyed this meal. Decently priced and good flavors. One of the best restaurants I've visited in Raleigh.

I was not allowed to join my party, because they had already been seated. They were a party of four. There were two empty seats at their table. I don't understand...were you planning to sit two strangers there who did not know my party? Was excited to try this place as I'd heard awesome things. I will NEVER be back.

The simplicity in the serving dishes, restaurant design, and layout are the perfect balance to the incredible food that is served. I have been to Raleigh 3 times now and every visit has included multiple trips to Beasleys. Tender chicken that’s fried to perfection. Some of the best waffles ive ever had. Biscuits and grit fries that will change your life. You really can’t go wrong with whatever it is you choose to order. An absolute must for locals and travelers alike.

Was really excited to come back here for a visit after an amazing experience last year and an amazing menu. The service is still outstanding. Ethan walked us through the menu changes and consoled us when our feelings were hurt about our favorite dishes being gone ?I was even more saddened to find the replacements for our favorite dishes aren’t as good. I had the catfish and you can’t go wrong with that, but the red bean rancheros was the least favorite. PLEASE bring back the loaded breakfast bowl ?.We were told that the menu changes seasonally because everything here is fresh which I respect.I will still return because the service is always amazing, but please bring the bowl back lol.Parking - there’s some street parking, but I’d parallel parking isn’t your thing, there’s a gravel lot across the street.

We ate lunch here with our 2 kids while visiting downtown museums during spring break. The fried chicken was amazing and the biscuits are absolutely to die for. While some may think that ordering fried chicken by the piece is pricey, I appreciate being able to get exactly the type and amount that I like. The chicken biscuit with one fried thigh on it was enormous and we also enjoyed the delicious French fries with multiple dipping sauces. We will be back and I highly recommend eating here if you’re in the area!!Kid-friendliness: The dining area is roomy and the tables aren’t all crammed together, so there’s plenty of room for strollers and high chairs and for kids to move about without bothering neighboring tables.
